My son James is 19 months old and has only been going to Angela and Jenny’s (Mum and Daughter) for just over a month now but I wanted to write a review to say how very pleased I am.
I went back to work in April 2013 and I was using a childminder that my eldest daughter used before she started school. However, after 6 months of James starting she made the decision to move out the area. I therefore needed to find another childminder for James and to re-start the whole settling in to a new environment which as we can imagine is a daunting experience for our little ones (and us parents more!).
However, I need not to of worried as Angela and Jenny are amazing. They offer a home from home experience and accommodate each child’s individual needs and routines.
James fitted in lovely and on day two he ran towards them and didn’t look back! What more do I need to say!
I think it’s a great idea how they work as a duo. This allows a lot more flexibility especially around meal times, pre-school/school runs and concentrating on a individuals childs needs on a one to one basis when needed.
They are always so busy and without fail do something every morning whether it be a toddler group, rhyme time, soft play (in the winter months) and I’m told when the weather gets better more walks, parks and fresh air.
I have recently had to do Jury Service which required the need for additional hours of care for both James and my oldest daughter after school. They have been so accommodating with the additional hours and happy to assist, making my job of balancing everything so much easier.
I am so happy I found Angela and Jenny and I’m sure James will agree with me too!
