My sons are 5yrs and 2yrs old and Wendy has been childminding for them since the eldest was 9 months old, and still does. I honestly could not ask for more in a childminder. As a first time mum returning to work back in 2008, she gave me the reassurance and confidence to know that my son was happy and well cared for, not to mention the endless advice as we went through all stages of baby and toddler development for the first time!
My sons absolutely love Wendy and to them and us she is family. Being full time working parents my husband and I will be forever grateful for her contribution to our sons upbringing. She listens and works with us if we have particular needs and is flexible when needed. As Wendy has had the same helpers since the start, we trust them in the same way and there has not been one day in 4.5 yrs that we have had to organise alternative childcare.
