We employed Pippa as a nanny and she was brilliant. We were particularly impressed by her kindness and enthusiasm. Pippa is highly experienced and showed a great deal of initiative in running things for the children. One of her great strengths is her imagination in organising activities - there was always something going on. And those activities ran seamlessly with mealtimes, downtime and supervised homework. We had a nannyshare, and with friends often over as well Pippa was adept at keeping lots of children occupied and happy. They all loved her.
