Pippa was nanny to my daughter from the age of 1 year until she went to secondary school. Pippa is an exceptional child-minder - highly organised, creative and energetic. We were part of a nanny-share and Pippa managed several children (and sometimes grandparents and dogs!) with consummate ease. She organised outings, creative crafts, homework when necessary and delicious, nutritional food. She was also brilliant fun - my daughter now 20 is still in regular touch with her. I consider her to be a superb child-minder and think we were very fortunate to have her in our lives for such a long time.
