An amazing and very caring childminder

Our son started child care with Tanya at the age of 1.3 yrs. it wasn't easy at the start specially for me :) . after just few days i knew Tanya is the best childminder for my son.
Tanya has a heart of gold. She is very sensitive to childrens needs, is patient, expresses positive emotions and has a good sense of humor.
Tanya is punctual and well-organised. She listens to parents wishes, respects their approaches to education and tries to encourage aspects of development that are important in their view.

Communication with Tanya is easy and straightforward. She has always been willing to help and has shown flexibility with various arrangements.

Tanya provides a daily routine in a way that made our son feel secure.
Our son loves going to Tanya and we always felt reassured that he is in safe and competent hands. We have also appreciated her affectionate personality as we feel that a close relationship is important for children emotional and social development.

Tanya encourages sharing, respect and consideration for others, and is gentle and consistent in her way of keeping her group of children organised.

It is my pleasure to recommend Tanya in any future job. She has excelled in her role as a childminder, and we will miss her greatly.
