Unpleasant child Care

Fiona has been my daughter's child minder for almost a year now, takes her to and from school. I am displeased with part of her services, she never assists my little girl with her Jacket after picking her up from school, leaves a child in her care without a jacket and jumper on and takes her all the way home without any concern in this weather, her defence, "It is the teachers responsibility" she said 😕. Secondly, my daughter had an accident in her care when for the first time she opened her bowels in her pants, Fiona left the child to care for herself. I expressed my grievances and there was no apology.

Childminder

We used this lady as an interim childminder for our two boys of Junior school age. It has worked well and she is very capable and flexible.The fees are good too. We haven't used this type of care before and whilst it suited us well, it didn't suit our children as well, hence the average rating - this is no reflection on her ability just that it hasn't suited our children. We would use this lady again for our younger child.
