Nazima is an exceptional childminder. It was my first time ever leaving my baby (2 years old at the time) with someone I didn't know. However, she was kind enough to let me visit her in her home, see the play area and ask any question I wanted about the care she provided for small children. On the first day, I remember Nazima sending several messages with videos, pictures and comments on what my daughter was doing. This gave me so much reassurance as I was not sure how my daughter would take being in a different home to ours. Since then, my daughter has been excited whenever she would go to Nazima's. Nazima would take time to play individually with the kids and do some collaborative play. She even taught my 2 year old how to write her own name!!! I thought I had done a lot with mine to make her "advanced", but this took me by surprise. Nazima saw so many opportunities to teach my daughter new things. She was also very flexible with timings - which I was so grateful for. As a busy working mum, sometimes I would arrive later than usual (and of course pay for the extra hour!), and Nazima was accommodating to that. You naturally feel worried when your child is in the hands of others, but I have so much confidence in Nazima. She really truly cares about kids and treats them with so much kindness and respect. Trust me - my daughter would tell me if it was otherwise!! She absolutely loves 'Aunty Nazima' so much and has enjoyed her time with her a lot. Thank you Nazima for being such an amazing childminder to my baby girl. I don't know how I could've gone back to work without you!! <3 <3 <3
