I have just started my little bestie with Michelle and it has been the easiest process. She is lovely and has such a calming nature, she made me feel comfortable and settled my nerves! I was an absolute wreck the first day and she kept me informed all day on how Aria was. Not only am I happy but my baby has really got on with Michelle (something difficult for Aria). Hand on heart would recommend Michelle to anyone.
