Lyssa has been looking after our daughter since she was very little and she will soon be starting reception. The time has flown, and i can honestly say Lyssa has been the most amazing 'second mom" to our daughter and will remain a life long friend of ours and so will our children.

We have been extremely happy with the care we have received, and the great progress our daughter has made whilst in Lyssa's care. Lyssa's home is always welcoming, clean and well organised and our son has great fun playing with all the toys available and with the other children in her care. Beyond all this though, it is Lyssa's, kind, caring and friendly but no nonsense approach which sets her apart from other childminders we have experienced.

Lyssa provides a wide, fun range of activities including plenty of outdoor exercise. Over the years we have received amazing arts and grafts items from our daughter, and wonderful hand made presents for mothers day , fathers day and birthdays.

Lyssa is a great communicator and has a great loving personality and has had no trouble encouraging good behaviour , kindness and compassion to others, both skills which are important to us at home. When our daughter has hurt herself or was feeling under the weather I know that she feels happy to be comforted by lyssa and I am confident that she can administer either first aid or medication following all the correct procedures and completing the necessary records to ensure his health and safety.

All in all I am thoroughly happy with the level of care we have received and I’m certain that being in such a positive and happy environment is helping our daughter develop into a confident and self assured little girl.

I would absolutely recommend Lyssa as a great and reliable childminder who goes over and beyond her duty.
