I've been using Mel for about 15 months for my now 4 year old daughter and have never had any problems. My daughter loves going to Mels house and playing in the designated play room and also loves it when Mel takes her out to soft play. Mel now picks her up from nursery and is always really flexible if I ever need to change a day or time. We'll all be really sad when my daughter starts reception and won't need Mel any longer x
