Have used Nikki as my childminder for the last year. My two children 4 and 1, are very happy and settled with Nikki. Nikki runs a efficient childminding service, using little comment books to let me know about all aspects of my girls day, e.g. how much eaten / drunk / nappies changed / mood / sleeps.....which saves time at handovers. Very good at communicating and potential issues with payments and fees are dealt with in a professional manner and never awkward. Nikki is fantastic and we can always rely on her. Highly recommended.
