Laurette has looked after my 2 boys, who are now 8 & 3 for over 2 years. My boys are very close in age to her sons so have formed lovely friendships.

My 3 year old has been taken to local music groups, play groups and his also been taken on day trips to Ruislip Lido, Odds Farm & indoor play areas. He has a great time at Laurettes & at weekends and holidays askes to go to her house!!.

Laurette is very understanding of my 3 year olds skin issues as has ezsema and has worked with us in trying to identify a possible cause and also offered advise on treatments. Laurette has also strongly assited in potty training him (this hasnt been the easiest task) but Laurette really has stuck with it and it has been great to have this support.

Laurettes communication is really good, she completes a book and writes everything he has done throughout the day and highlights and achievements or concerns ( which she would always talk to me about too) she also often sends me pictures of him out and about and having fun.

One thing I really like is that Laurette really takes every childs needs into consideration, if one isnt feeling great (but well enough to be with her) she'll simply just have a chill out day at home where she has plenty of toys and activities to keep them active.

On mothers day, Fathers day & birthdays Laurette makes some lovely home made cards which are always lovely to receive.

My 8 year old really enjoys going after school, his best days are when he gets to play football in her Garden. Sometimes he'll get a bit of help with his homework ( which is great for us). Laurette makes it fun, by making pancakes on pancake day, celebrating any of the childrens birthdays. Playing with board games & sometimes as a treat the wii.

Laurette addresses any naughty behaviour in a firm but fair way and always liases with us if a time out has needed to be used. (For either boys).

Laurette has been very accomadating with us, she is flexible with time. I work 3 days a week, if she can will change days if I need to make hours up at work.

Laurette is honest, reliable , friendly and at the same time very proffesional and would strongly recommend her as a childminder.

Very reliable :)

Laurette is an amazing lady ... I only needed a short term childminder
for the summer before my son started school and She was very flexible and
accomodating and her home truly is a home from home clean and tidy but very child friendly .
she did activities with my 4 year old son every day that she had
him and made sure he was happy if they were going out
although my son is not a fussy eater she took great care in
preparing meals for him ( apparently my sandwiches are no where
near as good as hers) and helped implement the same rules that we have at
home although she only had to use the naughty step once !!
the biggest compliment that I can give to laurette is that reg was devastated to
be leaving her and is still asking when he can go back... You won't be disappointed !!!!
