She is absolutely unreliable and irresponsible. she told me the days she will be available for and I planned with it. I even moved my dental appointment.she said she would come for an interview and she cancelled and we settled for Skype. she didn't have the courtesy to cancel or let me know her decision. she just kept quite- for me, thats being irresponsible and unreliable.

This is totally unacceptable of you, I had to cancel the interview and gave you prior notice too.
I have messaged you privately and explained my reasons why because that's how things are done properly.
Unlike yourself I haven't disgraced you publicly without knowing all the facts,I would've been grateful if I was extended the same courtesy.
And I'm sorry but I don't think your in any position to say the things you have about me, that just says to me you are very quick to judge.And please note for future reference, know ALL the facts first before tarnishing someone's character.
Parents don’t bother wasting your time with this one. Had an interview and offered her the job. She agrees a start date which we made arrangements for her. Then called her a day before to confirm time, she suddenly acted like she didn’t know who we were. We sent an email but no answer. Absolutely no decency to turn the offer down so we can offer to someone serious. She told us a lie about loving our kids and love to work with us.

Had a childcare discussion and agreed for a meeting 4 days later. Sent address to her and she refused to acknowledge receipt. What’s worse is we called her a day before to confirm her attendance. She didn’t turn up and didn’t cancel. Sent her another message here which she read and never replied. Absolutely rude! I wouldn’t recommend you waste your time on someone that can’t be bothered to cancel an appointment or simply say I don’t think I will be the right fit. Quite an irresponsible behaviour.

We have known Paula Pre-COVID and she has helped look after our three children a couple of times now. The children like Paula very much and she is always prompt and helpful. When we are out on date nights. We are confident our children are well looked after by an experience and helpful babysitter.
