we were v disappointed with Nicky....
We had a contract and we paid the full deposit
Our 20 months old son went for settling session and she refused to take him further .... she is not reliable at all
Would not recommend
It was complete waste of our time

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you felt it was a waste of your time.
Settling in sessions are in place to make sure your little one settles in well and they themselves are happy as well as the other little ones in my care.
Unfortunately in this situation things did not work out and I had to safeguard the other little one who was already in my care. As I explained to your husband I have a duty of care to those already in my care and I can not subject them to the situation we found ourselves in as I would then be putting them in danger.
As it was your husband that I had all communication with if you would like me to explain fully to you the reasons why I refused care please pop me a message, as I can not disclose this information here.
