Can’t Recommend Selena Enough

My daughter has been going to Serena for 3 months so far after having to change childcare provider for personal reasons. To say I am absolutely amazed at how she has settled in with Serena is an understatement. My daughter has grown leaps and bounds in every aspect of her development. Her speech is great, she learns new things every single day with Serena. They are constantly doing exciting things, going out having fun, getting muddy and having an absolutely amazing time. I am so happy that I found Serena and I can’t thank her enough for everything she has done for us so far in such a short space of time.
Serena communicates well with both myself and my daughter, we absolutely adore Serena and she is now a huge part of our lives. I appreciate everything Serena does to help and also for giving my daughter the confidence that she now has!
She has been very clingy recently and is slowly starting to come out and her shell and that’s thanks to the environment that Serena has to offer. A comfortable home from home environment where children are able to enjoy, have fun, make friends and play with eachother.
If you are looking for a childminder in Bromsgrove look no further, Serena is absolutely amazing and will tick every box I can promise you that.
There is also a private parents page where Serena shares updates videos and photos of what they have been up to every single day and sends a book home with any information you may need to know.

Wonderful setting

When looking for a childminder for our son, we knew he needed a home from home and nurturing environment to help his confidence grow. When I met Serena she was warm, kind and loving and I knew he'd be the in best hands.
Since starting Sol has grown in confidence in all aspects and always comes home with a smile on his face.
It's amazing how much fun Serena manages to pack into her days whether it be activities, free play or trips out and it's particularly lovely to get updates throughout the day of what your little one has been up to.
I would highly recommend Serena's childcare to everyone who is looking for childcare.

Wonderful setting

Serena is great with my one-year old little girl. She’s patient and communicates well with her, especially when she is generally shy around new settings and new people.

My daughter can be the “clingy” type, and Serena is very understanding of her needs. I specially love the daily photos and videos we receive from Serena’s private page, showing how much fun she has with all the other children.

I would definitely recommend Serena to other families who are looking for childcare within the Bromsgrove area.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and great with my twins

My 1 year old twins were with Serena as a temporary placement. They settled in with her quickly, and seemed to have a great time. I loved seeing pictures in Serena’s private chat of what the kids were up to each day. I completely trusted that Serena was taking excellent care of my boys.

We only stopped going to Serena as she was just too far of a drive (40-60 mins round trip). I would have happily kept the twins with her if we lived closer.

A home from home

We recently got in touch with Serena as we needed some childcare 2 days a week for our one year old boy, Harry. Right from the start she was so friendly and communicated with us so promptly. I knew she was the right childminder for us immediately.
Harry settled in so well on his first day and absolutely loves all the fun activities that Serena organises. It really feels like a home from home - and she manages to pack in so many lovely trips out and activities into their days. I especially loved him coming home with his first ever home made valentines card for me!
I also love that Serena keeps us updated with wonderful photos of what Harry is upto all day. It’s really lovely - my friends who have children at nursery don’t get this personal touch.
She has also recently had her play/activity area completely remodelled, extended and decorated. It is fantastic!
I would highly recommend Serena to friends and family for their childcare needs.

Excellent

My DS started with Serena about 6 months ago now and has absolutely thrived there, enjoying time at the home setting, walks around the local area and joining in local activity groups. What i wanted from a childminder setting was a real homely feel and you definitely get that along with encouragement to develop and progress. My DS comes home full of happiness and joy. He’s going through a real Dino stage at the moment and Serena has gone with this and uses this to help him learn it’s a very neutering and caring environment.

Excellent facilities and dedicated care

My daughter has been with this child care setting since she was 9 months old and she loves it, especially their fantastic outdoor spaces, trips out and arts and crafts. They have helped her to become a kind confident and sociable little girl with an interest in everything. I am 100% confident in the care she gets from Serena and her team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Feels just like home

My daughter is so happy here that although we had originally planned to move her age 2 we have kept her there till school. The whole family has been welcoming and treat my daughter as their own.

Lots of activities and outings and my daughter is school ready for September.

Excellent

My son has been going to Serenas since he was 10 months old, he is now 3. It’s home from home at Serenas and I know that his emotional to educational needs are taken care of. He enjoys his days at Serenas and has made some good friends. It means so much to know he is happy. There always so much for the kids to do. Amazing play room lots of outdoor space, and regular outings.Would..and do! Highly recommend 😊
