I used Claire's service today. I was very worried as I needed someone at short notice as there was not much time she suggested we face timed so my son could see her. She ended up sending a lovely video he loved. she made Lorenzo very comfortable I know this as when I collected him he was smiling and nattering away which he usually only does after he gets to know you. I couldn't recommend her more I will definitely be using her again. 5*
