Strongly recommend

Fiona has looked after our daughter since October 2008, and we would strongly recommend her. Within a few weeks of being in Fiona’s care we saw great changes in our daughter’s development.
Fiona has looked after children, where ages have varied, and always finds ways of occupying/ entertaining them all at the same time. Fiona has also taken the children to educational excursions.
Fiona is very accommodating to a family’s needs and is flexible with hours, as my husband and I work shifts and at times have needed to change drop off or collecting times.
We would strongly recommend Fiona, as she is more than just a childminder, she is a friend, and someone who has become an integral person in our daughters’ development, and is someone who is always there to seek support and advice.

Excellent, caring childminder

My daughter has been cared for by Fiona since April 2013 when I went back to work. My daughter settled very quickly and absolutely loves going to see Fiona. When we pick her up she never wants to leave as she is too busy playing. Fiona offers a large range activities and in the short time my daughter has been there she has done water play, play dough, painting and many other activities.

Fiona's dog is a very gentle friendly dog who my daughter adores. She loves taking him for walks and pointing out every dog they see on the way.

We use real (washable) nappies with my daughter and Fiona has happily taken on using them for us. My daughter also has eczema and various food allergies all of which Fiona has accomodated including having to cream her eczema regularly throughout the day.

She communicates with us fantastically including updating us on our daughter's progress and what she has been up to during the day. She will often send me me emails with pictures of what they are doing during the day, which always cheer up a dreary day at work.

I would highly recommend this childminder.
