Kids had a good time

The kids didn't want to leave :) They greatly enjoyed the activities.

Fantastic

Nilam has minded my daughter since she was 10 months old to nursery age. The bond they share is so special. She has encouraged my daughter in all areas of development. She keeps track of all the areas and regularly meets with me to discuss my daughters progress and next steps. She has worked with us parents through all milestones from walking and talking to potty training. My daughter has enjoyed many days out and playgroups. She’s made friends with the other children Nilam minds and through other child minders helping her social skills. She has thrown my daughter a mini party every year for her birthday; having the children craft decorations and pick out party food. Hi
I’m currently due baby number 2 and have already ensured she will be minding baby when I return to work.
I can not recommend her enough. She sees each child’s ability and helps move them on to the next stage. She taught my daughter to zip up her coat at 2 years old and write her name at 3 years old. She encourages play and exploring as well as reading and singing.

Thank you Nilam

Nilam has been looking after my daughter after school for me for a few months now. It was my first time using a childminder and quite apprehensive but Nilam instantly put me at ease. My daughter has had a blast with Nilam and i highly recommend her to anyone. She takes my daughter out after nursery and provided other activities including water play, arts and crafts which my daughter loves! Thank you for everything, Nilam!

Excellent childminder!

Nilam has been childminding my son (4 years old) and my daughter (6 years old) since April 2018. I have been extremely happy with the care my children have received, and the great progress they have made whilst in Nilam's care. Nilam home is always welcoming and she has a warm and friendly personality.

She provides a wide, fun range of activities including plenty of outdoor exercise or trips to soft play areas, museums and a local toddler groups. On the top of this, I’m always updated everyday with pictures and texts on Whats up what my children have been upto and the activities she’s been doing.Nilam is really creative person and a range of crafts activities which she offers is incredible!

Nilam is also a great communicator and has no trouble in gaining my kids confidence and therefore encouraging good behaviour, kindness and compassion to others.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a childminder!

Brilliant, Caring and personal touch

Nilam has looked after my oldest son for over 2 years now, and my youngest son since he was 8 months old. She is friendly and caring, and provides a personal touch, tailoring the days activities to the wants and needs of the kids to make sure they get the best experience. She provides challenges to help them with their development and keeps us updated with all their progress and development by completing profiles.
