Our not so good experience

We hired Riyani as a nanny for our 4 year old daughter - who is a very independent and a happy child (as told by all our previous nannies).

She was uninterested and it felt like that she was looking for a 'part-time' job without putting in much effort. She was not able to do most of the child related chores including very basic ones like getting school homework done or putting my daughter to bed. She was also not able to provide healthy meals as she had committed to earlier.

We felt she fell short of the commitment, passion and organisational skills that we were expecting in our nanny.
