Amanda has been part of our family for almost two years now and started looking after our Dottie when she was 8 months old. If anyone has the opportunity to employ Amanda as their nanny, you should do it immediately! Amanda is the most amazing Nanny - and her little boy is now our daughters best friend. Amanda brings love, joy, kindness, fun - a massive amount of experience that we are forever grateful for, and a love of being with children that is everything you could ask for (and more) in a nanny. My husband and I work full time and Amanda is amazing at being flexible around our requirements - whether its an early start, a later finish, or sometimes even some overnight babysitting. Amanda is a core member of our family now - we couldn't recommend her more highly.

Our boy who is almost 3 immediately connected with Amanda because she Is fully present for him - attentive to his interests and a great playmate; she also talks to him as the real person that she is, shares stories about what she did and he loves this attitude - the encounter with another grown up who is authentic, sincerely engaged and interested. We think it is a great pity that she is prioritising nursing work now as we will not get as many hours as we would like with her. She will make a great nursing nanny.

Overall
Our 2 girls clicked with Amanda straight away. She came to help with the kids in the evenings and kept them happy and entertained. Amanda also helped with the feeding, bath and bedtime. The girls had a wonderful time with her and mum, alone at home that week, was pleased to have 2 happy toddlers before they were tucked in bed.

Amanda has been nanny to our three children for five years, since they were 1, 2 and 4 and she is wonderful: kind, patient, caring, hard-working, trustworthy and 100% reliable. The only reason we are not continuing to employ her is because we just don't need as many hours any more. Amanda has now trained as a specialised maternity nanny and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to parents of newborns and babies. She will offer wonderful support to you and your baby.
