Amazing Childminder

Kerry has been our childminder for 5 years (son 6 and daughter 3) she has been a massive part of our lives and both children love going to her setting. They go full time Monday to Friday.

Kerry always has great activities planned or places to visit. Her setting is warm and welcoming all the children get on well and have lots of fun. She encourages the children to explore new things and helps to prepare them for starting school.

During the holidays Kerry always plans lots of outings the children are always excited to know where they are going next.

We are so lucky to have found someone who we trust and who cares so much about our children

An outstanding childminder

Kerry Mott has been childminding our daughter (3 years old) since September 2017. She looks after her 4 days a week and provides wrap around care before and after Nursery.

We have been extremely happy with the care that our daughter has received and the progress that she has made since going to Kerry.

Kerry's home is always welcoming, clean and well organised with toys for different ages kept in separate rooms. Our daughter always has a great time playing with the toys and games available and also with the other children. We like how there are both toys for fun but also lots of games for educational purposes, to help them to learn and prepare them for school.

Apart from having fun, we really like how Kerry also enforces discipline and teaches the children right from wrong in a firm but warm and friendly way at the same time. She teaches the children how to share and how to be kind to each other.

Kerry provides the children with a variety of activities weekly including lots of time outdoors. Our little one has enjoyed going to the park, going to the library, attending a toddler group, playing with toys in the garden, colouring and painting pictures, tracing her name, reading books and doing puzzles.

We like the fact that our daughter is provided with healthy snacks such as fruit and meals whilst at Kerry's house. She always has vegetables with her meals and we are aware that Kerry ensures good personal hygiene such as washing hands before eating and after using the toilet.

All in all we couldn't be happier with the level of care that our daughter receives whilst at Kerry's house. We believe that because she is in such a positive and happy environment and the fact she is always so happy to go to Kerry's, she is making lots of progress and continues to develop in confidence.

Truly outstanding childcare

Kerry has been looking after my daughter (aged 2) for a year now and i cannot express just how fantastic she has been! As the first childcare provider I used I was a little anxious about how my daughter would cope but she settled incredibly well and her development has come a very long way, these are both due to the fantastic care Kerry provides. In my opinion we couldn’t have found anyone better. The activities, the meals and her genuine bond with the children in her care Is exceptional. I will be continuing to have Kerry care for my child for as long as possible. Absolutely brilliant :)
