We were due to meet Juliana but she failed to show up. After waiting half an hour we emailed her to check she was still coming but it was not until 2 hours after she was due to show up that she sent us a very casual message saying “sorry about that, I’m still working”. Needless to say we did not proceed any further with this nanny.

The day I was working and my boss asked me at the last minute to stay late because I was having a kid's party and I was very busy. That's why I made that mistake.
I apologize for my failure.
Juliana is a sweet nanny. Although her English is not fluent, she can understand what children need. She took care of my 5 year old daughter for 5 months every Monday and Wednesday, and they had a good time together. I recommend Juliana as a nanny.
