Anna has been with us for a year and if we hadn't moved out of London we would definitely want her to stay with us for longer. Our two daughters - now 4yrs and 2yrs adore her and she has been an incredible support to us throughout the varied challenges of 2020.
Anna is incredibly flexible and although initially the plan was for her to look after our then 1 yr old during most of the day, due to Covid she happily agreed to look after both girls during the times our eldest's preschool was closed. She is fantastic at entertaining them with crafts, outdoor play, cooking and other activities that kept them happy during lockdown. When there was opportunity to take them to classes Anna was proactive, suggesting and booking local sessions for them.
In addition to being fantastic with the children Anna also helped out with cooking and laundry for them. In all activities she is incredibly professional and has very high standards. Over the last year she has always been willing to adapt and help us and the children with whatever is needed.
When Anna is looking after our children we are totally confident that she has everything under control. We were able to focus on working from home, while trusting that they are having fun and that all their needs are being considered.
We would highly recommend Anna to any family that is looking for someone to genuinely care for their children, work hard and handle the varied challenges that families face with a calm and professional attitude.

We used Anna for 6 months to look after our boy 2 days a week. He was 2 year old when we started. Anna provided a great and professional service to us. She is calm and patient, her flat is clean and well suited for the job. We really liked her flexibility: she was happy to swap days when she could to help us to fit our holidays.
Generally very happy with her service and will recommend her.
