Jenna has worked for us as a shared nanny since last year. The contract is coming to an end only because the toddlers are starting their nursery.
When she started the babies were barely crawling, and both are now happily running around. This period has naturally been full of changes around the routines and needs, which Jenna has mastered skilfully.
For us, it was essential to find someone who will spend time outdoors with the children. Jenna has been fantastic by exploring different parks and outdoor venues with them. She always has the children’s safety in mind, so we, as parents, have been able to feel relaxed when they were out and about.
Additionally, she regularly meets with other nannies and their children. The meetups have been excellent as the kids got to spend time in groups and learn valuable social skills.
For Jenna, the children come first, and she makes sure they are exploring in a safe environment. She has been very accommodating with the differing needs of our children (such as napping routines and food allergies). Jenna has also been able to synchronise their rhythms beautifully and form a lovely bond between the kids. You can sense that the kiddies feel safe and trust her.

Jenna has worked as a shared nanny for us and another local family for just under a year looking after two children, now aged 20&21 months. She is simply outstanding at what she does; kind, enthusiastic, trustworthy anencreative.
The way Jenna interacts with children is just lovely, involving them in conversations, singing, encouraging and using lots of imagination. She is outdoorsy and active, taking the children out to parks and on day trips. It is obvious our children have formed a close and trusting bond with her.
To top things off Jenna also somehow managed to settle into a seamless routine with two under 1s and handled the logistics of working for two separate families very well!
Our children are starting in a nursery in September which is why the current contract is coming to an end. We would have absolutely no concerns recommending Jenna for anyone who is looking for a reliable and fun nanny and are happy to provide additional references in writing or have a discussion over the phone if helpful.

We have been lucky to have Jenna as a nanny for a year looking after 2 toddlers. The whole family adores her, she bursts with positivity and is a magician with children. She manages to establish a mature rapport with young toddlers and teaches them to communicate effectively to express their needs and views, avoiding most tantrums. The girls love Jenna and we hope we'll keep hanging out!

Jenna worked as a nanny for us in July and August 2017. It was a only short term contract as we moved away from the area in September 2017, but had we stayed we would have certainly offered her a permanent nanny position.
The job involved looking after my two children (aged 10 months and 3 years at the start of the job) for 39 hours a week from Monday to Thursday. She would start at 8am daily, give the children their breakfast, take them out to do activities, provide their lunch, put the youngest down for a nap, and on certain days would cook their dinner and get them ready for bed in the evening. She always left the house clean and tidy at the end of each day.
Jenna was a really excellent nanny. She was professional, reliable, hardworking, punctual, a good cook, cheerful, and great fun to have around. The children loved her and they both developed well under her care. She brought her own son Charlie to work with her on most days - Charlie is lovely boy, and he and my children quickly became good friends.
I have absolute trust in Jenna and she made it easy for me to leave the children with her and return to work. I would highly recommend her as a nanny and am happy to be contacted to provide references.

Jenna looked after my two children (7 and 5) for a few weeks in May and June 2017 and she has been a great nanny.
Jenna is clearly very experienced with children; she is calm, organised, reliable, resourceful, crafty and listens to and understands children. She is very affectionate and my kids have very quickly grown very fond of her and of her son as well.
She has been a great help with homework too and I could trust her to call me if there were any problems, or questions about the children. She has treated them (and me!) with respect, affection; she would always be smiling and cheerful, even after a whole day working.
Jenna will hopefully keep working for us on a part-time basis after the holiday; and even if not, I would be very happy to recommend her services to any potential employer.

Could not recommend Jenna enough! I have four energetic boys aged 13, 5, 4 and 1 which does not faze her in the slightest. The minute she walks through our door she gains complete control of them, they love her coming to have them. When we leave the children with her we do not worry at all, we completely trust her and our minds are at complete ease. Even with three small children Jenna still likes to get the boys out to the park, shops and doing activities with them to burn their energy. She is very trustworthy and if possible I would have her as our full time nanny.

Jenna has helped us look after our two baby girls a few times. Her approach is great, taking the time to observe and letting the little ones get used to her, asking relevant questions and making everyone feel comfortable.
I felt very confident leaving her in charge and when they woke up while we were gone she managed to settle them back down easily.

Jenna was nanny to our son for nine months, from the time he turned one and my husband and I went back to work full-time, up until my second maternity leave. I would not have been able to return to work if I hadn't been entirely confident our boy was in safe hands and knowing that he was going to be happy. Leaving him with Jenna, who he adores, I had that confidence. I would leave the house in the mornings seeing him playing happily with her and felt reassured each time.
In addition Jenna always kept us up to date with what they were doing that day, sending photos, and would take him to lots of playgroups and parks where he learned a great deal - he was crawling when Jenna started with us and nine months on he's running around, completing puzzles and crafts and stringing words together. Jenna played a big part in that development.
She also ensured he ate well everyday, often cooking nutritious meals from scratch.
In the time she worked for us we found Jenna to be punctual, reliable, hard working and dependable. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to another family for her ability and competence in caring for young children.

We have employed Jenna for the last year to look after our two boys, age 3 and 4. During this time Jenna has proven to be highly skilled at caring for our children, both who adore both Jenna and her lovely son. Jenna is calm, highly organised, and reliable. Jenna has great initiative and ideas, and works hard to provide our children with the right balance of stimulation and calming activities. Jenna has wonderful understanding of young children's developmental stages and recognises their needs instinctively, which means our children are always happy and affectionate at the end of the work day. Her ability to establish a warm rapport with little ones clearly comes completely naturally to her.
Jenna has also been a great help to us and our youngest son, who needs additional stimulation for his speech and language development. Jenna helps us to carry out exercises to support him and we are very grateful for this.
We have been very fortunate to have Jenna work for us and it has been a complete joy knowing that we can trust our boys' care is such a high standard. Jenna treats our children with immense respect, affection and empathy which are key vital traits in any childcare provider.
I would be delighted to recommend Jenna's services to any potential employer.
