Our collaboration with Louise started in May 2022 until June 2024! She is a wonderful childminder who loves what she does! We were convinced from day one that our little girl Ingrid had to spend her next years there! Our little girl loves Louise and her family! He takes care of many activities, he goes to the library, to the park, he has a very beautiful garden! was always available to help me whenever I needed it with Ingrid! I recommend Louise as a childminder!Thank you

Our journey with Louise started last year in November 2022. Me and my husband looked for childcare for our son Gabriel as i wanted to do more hours at work. Louise was first person we met and we still stay with her till now. I am very happy when i see our son is happy with her, have a lot of activities,met new friends, have a lot of fun with Louise and the most important he is safe and i dont need to worry about him when im at work. I can recommend our beautiful childminder and a person with big heart ❤️ for parents who are looking now for childcare.

We couldn't be happier with the service that Louise provides for looking after our little girl Norah who is now 18 months. She has been with Louise since just before she turned 1 and she has settled so well there and is very happy. Louise takes the kids on lots of trips to the park and library, and they get lots of play in her garden. She has a lovely dedicated room in their home for the children's care, with lots of toys and activities such as painting and crafts. Louise's family are also lovely and friendly. Louise is also very flexible with us when it comes to dropping Norah a bit earlier if we need to. We get lots of photo updates everyday to let us know how Norah is getting on. She also has a folder keeping track of N's development of skills and learning which is great!

Since first going to visit Louise my daughter felt very comfortable in her surroundings and could go off and play. Louise made me feel very reassured as Ayla was a lockdown baby and didn’t go to anyone but me or my close family. I was really happy with how Louise was with her, she made us feel really welcome and Ayla settled in quite quickly. Ayla has been with Louise for about 6 months now and she has come along so far. There’s always different activities that they do and ayla absolutely loves it. Also it’s amazing that Louise sends pictures during the day to show what they’ve been up to. I couldn’t be happier with the childcare provided!

My son joined Louise's settings when he was 10 months old. As a first time parent I was so nervous about leaving him, but Louise always made me feel at ease. She would keep in contact throughout the day and even send pictures ( which I love ). My son is nearly 2 now and I can honestly say he adores both her and Alisha. The children are often taken to the fun factory and educational days out which is fabulous. Louise always makes sure the children have healthy lunches and snacks. I'm feel I'm very lucky to have found someone who my son has a great bond with.

My son has been going to Louise for about a year now and he has settled in really well. He loves his time there and always greets Louise with a big smile and a cuddle.
Louise is a great childminder and really cares for all the children. There's is always lots of activities going on as well as trips out. She has really supported us with our child's development helping and encouraging to progress this along, as well as being a good support to us as a family.
Couldn't ask for a better childminder or nicer person to take care of my son.

I first met Louise back in June 2015 when I made enquiries about the possibility of her looking after my son for 2 days a week when I returned to work after my maternity leave finished in the September. I found Louise to be friendly, approachable and very professional from day one. I subsequently did return to work, part-time in September 2015 and she has been taking superb care of my son George for 2 days a week since then. My return to work was made so much easier by knowing that George was in excellent hands and Louise reassured and helped with me with my transition from stay at home mum to working mum. I work shifts and Louise is happy to accommodate my varying shifts. George loves going to Louise's and I am very happy with the level of care she and her assistant Lucy provide. George has come on in leaps and bounds with his development. Louise completes a daily diary for George so I am keep up to date with all that he has done each day and each child in her care has his or her own development folder. She provides a varied activity schedule to fully stimulate and develop each child in line with the Early Years Framework. Louise and Lucy have all the relevant qualifications and insurances, which are updated as and when required. I would like to think that in a relatively short space of time Louise has become a trusted friend and confidant as well as George's trusted child minder. I would have no hesitation in recommending Louise to others in search of quality and reliable childcare provision.

What can I say my son has been going to Louise, Luke ,Lucy now for 3 and a half years and I couldn't have imagined him being elsewhere, he has become apart of their family and he loves going there, over the years I have watched my son grow and develop under Louise's guidance, she always keeps us up to date with everything my son is doing in her setting and is also great at making us feel involed even though were not there, over the years she has made a development folder and its great to see how well he has done, I would say to any parent considering childcare, Louise and her setting is the full package, she provides everything, a safe, warm home from home, I am still continuing my childcare with Louise and hope to for many years to come, she truly is amazing.

My daughter has been attending louises setting for over a year now and i couldnt be happier with the the care and support she provides. My child loves playing with louises girls and other children. Louise offers great opportunities for the children n often takes them on outings. She provides a variety of learning opportunities for the children and my childs developement is always progressing. Very happy with the care and would def recommend.

My daughter Erin joined Louise when she was just 9 months old.
I already knew Louise & Luke as my mum lives 2 doors away.
When Louise said she was starting up her business & I knew I was pregnant, I put my name down with her.
I had seen what great parents they were to Lola (and Apple when she arrived!) and knew they would be great looking after other children also.
Erin did take some work to settle in. There were many times she would cry for me as she was so young. But both Louise and Luke worked with me, trying new suggestions to make Erin's transition more comfortable.
I can happily say that we got there in the end, and she continued to enjoy her time with the rest of the children in the 3 1/2 years she was there.
I consider Erin very bright, and I know her learning has come on a great deal with all the teaching and activities Louise, Luke and Lucy have carried out over the years.
Although it was sad to say goodbye once Erin started school, I know it's not for good. We have already discussed cover for school holidays while I'm working and I also have another child on the way who I will have no hesitation to sign up with Louise when the time comes.
I take this opportunity to say a big thank you to Louise, Luke and Lucy for everything they have done. I highly recommend Louise as a child minder. Well done you!

My son was being looked after by Louise, she is such a lovely, caring and understanding person. She is so dedicated to her work. My son really enjoyed his time at her house, house always tidy. Lots of activities. It was really sad to leave as we moved cities. Would highly recommend Louise. Thanks again for all you did for my son.

Highly recommend Louise, I have been using her for a number of years, my son adores her.
Her home is a great setting for the children, just like being at home and the children are treated very well.

Our son has been with Louise for some time now and I honestly couldn't ask for anyone better!!
Not only does he have so much fun, he makes things to bring home, he is always singing new songs and just really enjoys himself every time he is with them.
From the day I met Louise and Luke I just felt so comfortable and at ease knowing that I was able to leave my son in their care and they have never let me down.
From the moment you walk in the door you can tell by the look on all the children's faces that they love to be there!!

My son started with Louise and Luke at 17 months old. I felt he needed to mix with other children and adults in a home from home environment so I searched for a childminder.
Im so glad we found them - they initially had to deal with me being very anxious when leaving my son and were always really kind and supportive. It didnt take too long before he was all settled in and his development since has been astounding, even with only going two days a week.
Its lovely to see the things he's made and created and I'm very proud to display his early years art work up on the fridge these days! And taste his homebaking!
He'll often talks about 'popple' (his name for their own baby!) when he's at home with me and its clear to see that he's comfortable and happy to be around Louise, Luke and their little family. And at the end of the day, all a parent wants is for their child to be safe, happy and secure in their surroundings when they're not with you.
It is with great regret that I will be leaving this family soon but due to my own family circumstances changing, I have had to move further away. I hope I can find someone to fill their shoes and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Our 10 month old daughter, Lily, has been going to Louise and Luke’s for the past 2 months. Lily, Anthony and I instantly connected with them and Lily adored them also from the instant she met them too. They are absolutely wonderful childminders who have helped Lily progress so much in her short time of being there. In 2 months she started crawling and now walks (with a walker, for the time being), chatters along non stop from morning to night, only eats ‘family food and no jars, and has grown more confident.
Lily is with Louise and Luke from 7.30-6.00pm and knowing that she is with being treated and cared for like their own daughter and is having fun and learning and is in a safe environment helped my transition from ‘mum to working mum’ a smooth one.
Lily loves going to her childminders and adores their daughter and 4-legged play mates and has wonderful play friends in the other children that are with Louise and Luke. Her smile and giggles as we approach the front door to drop her off every morning speaks volumes as does the giggles I can hear when I pick her up. I know that if Lily could talk now she’d say ‘Mum I had the bestest day, I can't wait till tomorrow when I can do it all over again’.
I would be incredibly happy for Lily to stay with Louise and Luke until shes ready to go to school, and then to continue the connection of being with them pre and post school. They’ve become an extension of our little family and are not just great childminders, but very lovely friends who I hope we have the pleasure of knowing for a very long time.
I cannot recommend Louise and Luke highly enough. They are always so helpful, flexible when needed, caring and constantly keep you up to date and send you pictures of how your little one is doing. Nothing is too much trouble.

There isn’t anything but praise that I can give Louise and Luke. My daughter Eloise who is 2 has been in Louises care since August 2011 and my son Callum who is almost 1, since March 2012. As a parent it can be difficult to find someone that you can trust with your children 110% and who your children trust and want to spend time with, that isn’t a family member. I come to work knowing that my children are safe, having fun and being cared for
just as a parent wants for their child/children.
Eloise loves going to Louise and Lukes house and they have really helped her in her progress, likewise the same with Callum.
If we weren’t relocating away from Luton then I would have been more than happy to keep the children in Luke and Louises care right through their toddler years.
I don’t object to nurseries, but for me I wanted my children to be together and in a home from home environment which Louise and Luke offer. They are fantastic people and keep me up to date with any information I need to know, they are flexible and just the people I want to care for my children.
I really cannot recommend Louise and Luke highly enough.

I have just begun my contract with Louise and my son Theo absolutely loves it. He has a smile from ear to ear and this warms my heart.
Louise and her husband Luke are caring, loving & friendly parents who enjoy having my son. They provide a calming environment for the children which settles them instantly and of course us parents!
After the first interview I knew within 5 mins of being in their company that they were the perfect couple to care for my son.
I cant speak more highly of them.
