A True home from home experience

We found Charlotte after deciding to take our son (14 months) out of nursery. I was so used to the mainstream nursery experience that I had no idea what to expect from a childminder. Charlotte and her home setting made me regret ever sending my son into a nursery!

She’s warm, friendly and you can see she has a genuine love for what she is doing! Leaving my son at nursery with such a busy environment used to make me feel guilty and anxious but not once have I felt like that at drop offs at Charlotte’s. What she offers is literally a home from home experience and my son is thriving because of it.

Really professional home from home caring and reliable service.

Great stregnths in safeguarding children and considering of their individual needs.

Fills time with fun and well thought out activities age appropriate and very good at feeding back childrens interests and acheivements.

Excellent

I needed emergency childcare and contacted Charlotte very last minute. She was so helpful. She took my girls on and they loved the time spent with her, talking non stop when they came home about what they had been doing (dog walks, games, drawing, films, eating healthy snacks) Unfortunately I can’t use Charlotte full time, however I will certainly use her again in the future!
