Better than we could have hoped for

We knew Lucy from my son's pre-school before she started working for us so I was confident my children (9 months and 3 years when she started) would be in safe hands, but she has exceeded our expectations.

Both my kids adore her and are always excited about their 'Lucy days'. They have adventure days and quiet days as she totally fits around them and their moods. My transition back to work was easier than I ever could have hoped for - it's amazing to just wave them goodbye in the morning feeling totally at ease! She was so patient with settling my (rather clingy) 9 month old and I always get lots of lovely updates and photos.

Lucy is punctual, enthusiastic and considerate, but most importantly for me she really does put her heart into her job and takes care of my children as if they are her own. We feel really lucky to have her.

Dream Nanny

Lucy is the dream nanny, my boys both absolutely adore her.

She doesn't miss a trick and has great intuition - she makes sure that what she's doing suits the boys moods and how well rested they are, she offers drinks snacks and a change of scene at the perfect moment. They are always having fun and guaranteed lots of cuddles.

Lucy is always on time and a great communicator, we always know in advance what we need to have ready for the day, she has an amazing knowledge of the area and all the fun options of where to take the boys no matter the weather.

The most important thing to me is that she clearly loves my little ones and enjoys their company. She's the next best thing to Mum!
