My son Aen was with Claudine for about two and a half years. Our experience of Claudine and her team was amazing. She went above and beyond our expectations of a childminder setting. The whole team care deeply about every individual child and gave them the attention and stimulation they needed. Aen went on numerous day trips which he loved. The team provided delicious homemade food everyday and encouraged age appropriate learning. We strongly recommend Claudine, we couldn’t have asked for a better childminder!

My daughter attended Claudine's setting for 6 months. Although she had a very difficult settling period she eventually settled and really enjoyed it. It's a small setting and very familiar. All the assistants were lovely and supportive.

My son has been attending CC’s Childcare Services since October 2023 and he absolutely loves it! Claudine and the rest of the team have helped him settle in so well and I can’t thank them enough.
Claudine always has all the children doing all sorts of activities and day outs around the local area. She always celebrates all the children’s birthdays, Christmas and any other celebrations!
I 100% recommend Claudine and her team for childminding services as you will never be disappointed!

Our son was with Claudine for one and a half years. We honestly couldn’t fault Claudine and her staff and couldn’t recommend them more.
It was very reassuring to know our son was in such good hands every day and you knew you’d pick him up and he’d have a big smile on his face.
Claudine goes above and beyond celebrating everyone’s birthdays, Christmas parties and sports day. They are always kept busy with trips to the park, rhyme and time and even a trip in to london!
The main reason we took so long to move out of London was because our son loved his time with Claudine and all the staff. Thank you.

Our daughter started at Claudine’s in August 2022, it can be quite daunting handing your child over but Claudine made the whole experience run smoothly by helping her settle in, offering additional support, and being communicative.
Our daughter loves going to Claudine’s and is always in a happy mood when we collect her, which is a testament to the work her and her team do! They always seem to have a blast celebrating birthdays, holidays, going out, and doing crafts.
We are so happy that we found such a great setting for our daughter.

Our son started at Claudine's when he was ten months old and stayed for nearly two years. He had an amazing time with Claudine and her lovely staff. His face lit up to see them all every morning at drop off, and Claudine got the kids out and about seeing the local area at least twice a week, which I was so impressed by. She puts a huge effort into birthdays and cultural celebrations and some of the art work he came home with is still on our walls at home today. Thank you Claudine for every you did -- we really appreciate it.

Our daughter started when she was 10 months old and she settled in well, bonded with the childminders and other children and enjoyed her time at Claudine's. She was excited to be dropped off every morning. We loved that it's set up as a small nursery, children enjoy various activities and events, celebrating birthdays and being taken outside for various outings like rhyme time at the library, park and soft play.
Claudine provides flexibility and offered additional days at short notice which was much appreciated and allowed for me to juggle work commitments more easily.

Our little boy has been going to Claudine for the last two years and since he was one. As a first time mum, finding the right place for our boy was stressful. Being someone always in favour of a nursery, my plans went up in the air once I was told that there was no place in our nursery of choice. And that was the best thing that happened to us as we found Claudine! What she and her staff offer at her setting is nothing short of excellent - from the loving support given to each child to develop social and motor skills, to activities and celebrations she organizes and delivers over and over again, to the lovely birthday parties every child gets to enjoy, Claudine goes above and beyond to make sure that the children get a well rounded experience and are prepared for the next stages of their development.
We could not recommend her enough!

We are so happy we found Claudine's Childcare Services.
Our daughter started when she was 18months and is now 3.
Claudine provides a warm environment, presented and run like a small nursery. The children have clear routines, take part in a range of activities and build lovely relationships with eachother and staff.
Our daughter's confidence has improved significantly since she started, she loves going and happily tells us about her day.
Claudine goes above and beyond; she makes the children feel special on their birthdays, puts on events on, takes them on trips.
We are moving away and are so sad to leave Claudine, we feel she has set up our daughter so well for moving to a nursery, and can only hope we can find a childminders like her for our new baby.

We are tremendously grateful to Claudine and her team. She is so professional and able to understand each kid's needs. We felt her setting is like a small nursery. We believe that her setting is an excellent transition to big nurseries and schools. Actually, we were impressed by how fast our son adapted because she was constantly preparing him for that.
She uses pedagogical methodologies to improve the motor and soft skills of the kids, preparing them for the next stages of learning. Additionally, the genuine love that Claudine and her team showed for our son helped him to build confidence and independence. Our son still asks for her.

I can’t begin to explain how wonderful Claudine’s childcare services really is. Our daughter attended for a year and a half and we only left because we moved away. She loved it, and still talks about Claudine and her staff today. It really is home away from home for them.
The staff, the setting and the food is incredible. Our little one learnt so much and developed so well during her time there, whilst always having so much fun. She clearly had the space to express herself and was encouraged to learn new things, grow confidence and build lovely relationships with the other children and the staff.
She started at 11 months old and being a ‘Covid’ baby was not used to anyone other than me and her dad, but with the love and compassion shown and Claudine’s she quickly grew to love the place and the smile on her face as we dropped her off showed us this. And we as parents always knew she was well cared for and loved whilst at the setting which we will forever be grateful for. Amazing place, we just wish we were still close enough for her and her sister to attend. Thank you

Ivy our first born spent 18 months with Claudine until we moved out of the area.
We loved Claudines childcare services and really miss it now we have moved.
The place is a home away from home, and we know that Ivy is being looked after.
The setting is very clean and well organised. Staff are lovely and Ivy always look forward to spending day and Claudines, and always has a smile on her face when she comes home.
One of our worries using a child minder instead of nursery was that she would have limited interaction with other children, however there are a number of children who attend Claudines, so that was never an issue. Ivy during her time there has built up some good relationships with other children there who she misses now.
Ivy has developed well during her time at Claudines, gaining lots of confidence with staff and other children. Claudine always kept us uptodate on how Ivy was getting on during the day.
We also miss the good food that her staff use to cook :-) - compared to what Ivy gets now at her new nursery.
Claudlines place is the best, and I would recommend her 100%.
I only wish we still lived closer

Claudine’s setting has been a wonderful place for our son for the last couple of years. He loves it there and comes home chatting about his friends and the staff. The rooms and facilities are so stimulating and most days they seem to be doing some amazing activity, making, cooking, messy play, visiting the park, even a visit to the fire station! We love getting update photos during the day and are always taken by surprise when our son makes leaps forward in his learning. Claudine and her team are also supportive and proactive at dealing with behaviour. We are so glad we found her!

Claudine took care of our son for almost 2 years and we cannot say thank you enough for all that she and her team helped us thru all this time. As new parents we were asking us and wondering how to find the right person to leave our son with and we had no doubt, since the beginning, that Claudine will be the most adequate person to do this for us. Our son just settled peacefully and almost immediately, even being very little, he found another home and did friends with them. In a multi cultural environment, full of new ideas, play areas, games, good food, respect and most importantly, clean environment we were assured that he was well cared while he attended, always welcoming with a smile and saying goodbye with another to finish your day. Now our son will be attending nursery and even after this, she helped us with any questions that we might have or giving us advice. We are really grateful with her and her team, hoping that they will surely grow more and more in a nearly future!

My daughter attended Claudine’s for just under 6 months. She settled in quickly and was happy going every morning. Claudine provides a great range of healthy home made meals, which is really impressive, making the children try new food groups. Claudine and staff are very attentive to the children in their care and I was comfortable knowing my daughter was being well taken care of. I would highly recommend.

Highly recommended childcare service.
Both my children aged 2 & 4 attended this service and received amazing care. They have become more intelligent and confident my daughter is now addicted to reading and singing nursery rhymes and talks very clear for a 2 year old they advance children and push them to their full potential. Sad we had to move away and leave the service but i am grateful for their hard work genuine love and care.
Setting is immaculate, cleanliness is at a all high and very kid friendly. Meals are freshly prepared and they cater to all kids needs when it is meal time. My daughter was a very fussy eater but has now explored with new foods that she enjoys.
All staff members are polite and informative when handing children over at home time and weekly journals are given to parents which logs each child's weekly activities and development.
Amazing service keep up the good work.

Having viewed a lot of different nursery’s and childminders, We were immediately impressed by the quality and purpose of the setting with lots activities on offer. Since attending Claudine’s, We can honestly say that the love, perseverance and work she put into helping our son to settle was Fantastic. Would highly recommend to others looking for a childminder.

My Children have been attending Claudine for a month now she is amazing with them and very reassuring. She provides amazing care and healthy meals / snacks she does fun activities and helps kids develop there sensory skills. My 1 yr old daughter enjoys attending and has improved on her speech and communication my son is learning to interact more with other children and be more vocal about his feelings all Thankyou to Claudine

I am so happy that I found Claudine! My 20 month old daughter has been going to Claudine for a few months now and I am so impressed with her care. She does so many different activities each day, lots of messy play and trips to the park and she just has so much fun. Claudine's setting is lovely and welcoming and my daughter settled in straight away. Claudine is brilliant at communicating with me and also sends me lots of pictures so I can see what they are getting up to. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a very professional and warm childminder.

I have found this childcare services to be very professional. My son has been attending for a few weeks and absolutely loves it. He was very shy at first and did not talk much but after spending more time at the setting he was made to feel comfortable. For me this was very important. I also get regular updates about my sons progress and things he has done throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a safe and professional childminder.
Claudine is very good with the children and engages with them well. I am definitely impressed with her service. The setting is very clean and child friendly.there are lots of different areas for the children to explore and learn just like a nursery but with a more personal relationship.

The best childcare service I have experience by far, my children have settled pretty fast in a short period of time. She’s energetic and very professional in her manner. The kids are well fed and looked after. Considering my son who has special needs, she was able to meet his needs and wants.

Claudine made everything easier when leaving our baby boy with her, they interacted very well and her approach has made things easier for his settlement from the start. She has been always polite and professional, has taken care of him very well from healthy snack time, safe play time and nappy changing. After a short time he now interacts more and gave us reassurement that he is in good hands, having fun and learning. I would definitely reccomend her!

Claudine has babysat for me many times; my children (8yrs & 5yrs) love spending time with her; she always thinks of fun things for them to do - the last time they were there the older children were making slime whilst the younger children painted.
She is always very flexible and has helped with school pick ups for me too.
Highly recommended!
