Exceeded my expectations

Charlotte is my sons childminder.
I was surprised when after 2 weeks of introduction he was absolutely fine with drop offs, when at the nursery even after 2 years he was still crying when I had to drop him off. Which is not a case with Charlotte as my son adapted really well. He is not verbal boy but he has a relationship with her. She found the why to his heart. She exceeded my expectations. I can see how happy he is to go in the morning. My son goes straight to her hands for the hug, that always melts my heart.
We have a nice relationship with Charlotte. She updates my sons day with photos and comments. She supports me with my working hours. Helps as much as she can.
Amazing person! Highly recommend!

Charlotte is amazing! My daughter loves going to spend time there and always looks forward to it. Couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating service
