Dissapointing

I called and had a conversation and arranged for her to come and meet me the following week. Confirmed via text message. I sent a message the day before checking if everything was okay for the following day. I didn’t receive a response nor did she show up for the initial meeting.
This was rather disappointing as she seemed to be able to meet my requirements.

Hiya. I’m really sorry about this. I was admitted into the hospital not long after our phone call and had no way to contact you.
Really sorry about this inconvenience. I really hope you have found someone who suits you.
Again can’t explain how deeply sorry I am.
