Qiao has been an excellent childminder for both my children over the last three years and we have been extremely happy with the care she has provided. We were drawn to her kind and positive attitude and calm and homely Montessori setting.
Qiao is a great communicator and she encourages kindness, good behaviour and independence in kids which we value a lot at home. Both my kids have built a great rapport and a close relationship with Qiao and is very much loved by them. She also provides fun, education and wide range of activities including plenty of outdoor time and both my kids really love the wide range of cultural events that they have learned about.
From a parent's perspective, Qiao has surpassed all the expectations we've had and I cannot recommend her enough!

Both our children have attended Flow Montessori setting and we are beyond happy with the quality of care, love, nurture and education our children have received from Qiao.
Qiao is extremely supportive and caring. Her knowledge and understanding around child development shows through how she engages with the children and how she supports their understanding, emotional regulation and physical development. Qiao will always go the extra mile for the children in her care. Thank you Qiao for all that you have done for our children

We started looking into finding a childminder for our son after having a bad experience with a nursery. Our then 2 year old was a very shy little boy who struggled to express himself but after going to Qiao she has really brought out his personality and voice. He loved going there and often didn't want to go home. We were absolutely delighted to have found Qiao and have recommended her to several people. Qiao is lovely. She is friendly and really attentive and personable. She has really helped our son develop in all areas and even worked with us whilst we were potty training him. Thank you so much, Qiao. You have really set the bar high as to what an exceptional childminder should be!
