I moved here a number of weeks ago to the West Midlands and was put in touch with Robia and her mother whom both work together. My daughter settled almost immediately, in fact she was crying she didn't want to leave. For me that was very reassuring. My daughter felt safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend Robia she's reliable, kind and her settling is a safe space. Thank you guys. We appreciate you 🤗

My son went to Robia for a full time day care. I have to say i dont have to worry and nervous about him. She is caring, everything is clean and tidy. Nothing to complain , lots of love from Nathan mom🥰

Robia is an excellent childminder. She is very professional and naturally caring person. My son is under her care for almost a year and my son love her. In addition, I can see that my son learned a lot from her. She also updates me by sending photo of their activities.
Robia has long patience and accept my son although he has a separation anxiety before. I highly recommend her. Thank you so much Robia!

We stayed at Robia's place for over two months, and my 3.5-year-old daughter loved Robia. Even on weekends, sometimes she wanted to go to Robia's house. At home, my daughter Joanna would pretend to be Robia. Now that we've moved on to nursery, we still have a bedtime game called "drive me to Robia's school." Robia's communication was excellent, and she would send us photos regularly to keep us updated on our child's status, which was very reassuring and the best part. Robia left a deep impression on us, and we are very grateful for her care and love! If we need a childminder again in the future, we will definitely come back to Robia.

Robia is an excellent childminder and has looked after both my daughters. Since they been under her care I have seen my daughters flourish as they have learned so much with Robia. She has excellent communication and send me regular updates of what my daughters do through the day. As well as informing me about any milestones or any areas that they are focusing on. My girls absolutely love coming in they are alway so excited to go! Robia organises educational activities that have truly helped my children’s development. Since they started they have learned so much and I can’t thank Robia enough. She has made a positive impact on my children’s lives and I’m ever so grateful.

Don't be swayed by her high rating. This childminder doesn't treat all kids the same in her setting, and your child may likely undergo emotional changes after being in her care. Regarding safeguarding, I want to share my experience with you: this childminder doesn't even have basic first aid supplies, like a thermometer, in her settings. She's sent kids back home, citing excuses like your child is not well and feeling warm to touch. However, she is not having a thermometer to confirm a child's temperature. This lack of preparedness can be concerning for parents entrusting their children's well-being to her care.

Thank you for your feedback, we will not go into detail of the incident, however as your child was contagious; under safeguarding rules and the protection for other children we are not allowed to keep children in our setting until they are fit and well. We did have the necessary equipment as we are not allowed under Ofsted rules to run a setting without a first aid kit including a thermometer. Please note for other child care providers this is a non payment parent so please beware! We run a successful childcare setting and have had no other issues with other parents. Due to non payment and disrespectful behaviour we had to terminate the contract, as you breached the rules of payment.
Robia provided exemplary care for my two sons after school, demonstrating remarkable skill and dedication. Both children relished their time under her supervision, benefitting from her kindness, compassion, and nurturing demeanor. I felt reassured knowing my children were in the hands of a highly capable, amiable, and adept caregiver. I wholeheartedly endorse Robia's childcare services to anyone seeking exceptional care for their children.

Used services few times when my long-term childminder was on holidays.
My daughter loved it there, had lots to do, they sent me updates and pictures of her through the day. Really recommend and thank you.

Robia took care of both of my sons earlier this year. She's highly professional along with being empathetic and caring with the kids too. The best part was regarding her flexibility with my schedule :) My kids loved going to her place and enjoyed a lot there.

I have been using the service for my two year old daughter since January 2023 and we continue to use Robia. Robia is an excellent child minder, great communication and I have seen a great impact on my child. My daughter always looks forward to attending and has made some great friends. Communication levels are great and meals provided are good quality too.
