Simply amazing!

I have two lovely boys; a nearly three year old and a thirteen year old who has ASD. It's now been almost a year of them being with Rizwana, and she is simply amazing. She has been very supportive of my busy schedule while I continue to work without having to worry about my kids. My younger one is making good progress as Rizwana keeps him engaged in meaningful play whilst making sure he has lots of fun! But she is equally remarkable with my older one (maybe more, as not everyone is as diligent and empathetic towards children on the spectrum). She has extensive prior experience with SEND, which shows when she supports my son. His school reports that he is happiest on the days he goes to Rizwana's, and I know that he eagerly awaits. She prepares delicious yet healthy food and snacks that my kids really like and enjoy. If I had to sum Rizwana's personality, I would say this: a compassionate childminder who's very organised.
