Jackie has been amazing helping me out. Jackie is superb with newborns and was also so helpful with my two older boys. Jackie is organised, reliable, calm and knowledgeable. I will definitely be reaching out to Jackie for help again and would highly recommend her.

Jackie came to the rescue initially when my baby was 2 weeks old and she gave incredible advice and support in helping me breastfeed successfully. She has continued to be a night nanny for us and has helped us put a routine in place to help our little man sleep in his cot (so we can sleep!). She has also helped a lot reduce our baby's wind problems. Jackie's wealth of experience is worth its weight in gold. Her persona is a joy to have around and she feels like part of the family. She is the best nanny you could ever wish for and we are going to have her ongoing during the day too because she is so good! Thanks for everything Jackie, you've an angel x

I can’t recommend Jackie enough. I was really struggling with the lack of sleep with my 2 week old daughter. I also had a toddler I was running around after! Jackie was unreal- she came in when my daughter was just a few weeks old and we’ve had her about 5 times since.
She made me feel at ease right from the start and it was so odd but having met her for 5 mins I knew I could fully trust her 100%. I had the best nights sleep knowing she was with my baby and she assured me if she needed me for anything she would wake me. She gives advice, suggestions if you ask for some, she was a shoulder to cry on when I needed it. My daughter loves her and like I said just knowing she is coming to take over for the night brings me so much relief- If I could keep her or have her all the time I really would!

Jackie was a fantastic help with our baby during the first few weeks - it was great to have a couple of nights off a week and we felt totally comfortable with her looking after our baby. We would really recommend her to anyone looking for a night nanny!

I was looking for a nanny on this website to help with my 2 month colicky baby. Jackie responded immediately and we formed an instant bond. She worked several days a week and also at night. She is an intelligent, kind, loving, hardworking, energetic, and a very knowledgeable caregiver. She took him to music classes, parks, doctor’s appointments, and all types of socialization events. She gave me valuable information that first time mother’s need. I wish that I was not moving because I could and wound use her all week. Anyone who hires Jackie will be getting a treasure for sure.

Jackie came to help us get our daughter Dorothy to nap during the day. We were at our wits end with a very overtired baby!. We are first time parents so were tired and mum was a bit stressed! Jackie was full of helpful and useful advice and knowledge. When Jackie came to see us Jackie helped us get our daughter down for a nap in her cot for nearly 2 hours! We can’t thank Jackie enough for her help and support and we have a much happier Dorothy! I would highly recommend Jackie to any parents and babies :)

We had struggled through the first few months of having premature twins plus a toddler to look after, so decided to look for a nanny for some extra help and hit the jackpot with Jackie.
Her experience with twins shines through and she has helped me with tandem bottle feeding, bathing, establishing a routine and sleep advice. One of the twins has special needs which hasn't phased Jackie at all and she is patient with her extra requirements.
Jackie also has a fantastic bond with my 3 year old daughter. She can't wait for Jackie to arrive on a Monday morning and practically runs to the door to greet her!
I cannot recommend Jackie enough and she has been an amazing help to our family over the last 8 months. She has such a kind and calming nature and she made a huge difference to our household from day one.

I found Jackie through this website back in November 2016 after I'd just had our twin boys and was struggling with lack of sleep. She came to the rescue as a night nanny. It was the best money we could have spent. Jackie is very calm and her quiet confidence allowed me to trust her from day one. She's had years of experience and it shows.
As a first-time older mum, it was great to have someone as knowledgeable as Jackie for that extra reassurance I needed. We chatted through ideas about routines, feeding and a million other things to do with the boys and she always shared her experience and knowledge openly and freely, but without ever judging or being closed to my own ideas. A perfect balance.
We loved Jackie so much, as did the boys, that we asked her to stay on as a daytime nanny ad-hoc until very recently, when I needed more hours cover. She has been fantastic at helping me through the boys' first stages of teething and weaning. Again, her experience was brilliant to draw on and her advice has been invaluable. She helped me solve any blips in the boys' routine and set me off on the right path with how to wean the boys.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Jackie, she's lovely, she's been brilliant with my boys, and has helped me gain my confidence in motherhood.

Jackie has been a fabulous part of our family looking after our son from the age of 6 months to nearly 4.
In the early days when we had no idea what we were doing, she Was calm, understanding and supportive giving advice and reassurance when required but equally knowing when to step back
Now she fills our little boys' days with fun activities but also introduced him to lots of new things that he now loves like walking her dogs, grooming her daughter's horse and just spending time with her own family too.
Jackie was also a fantastic support when our son was very ill and in hospital and stepped in to cover extra days when he was at home recovering. We trust her implicitly and know that she cares for our son as if he were her own.
Our son loves his days with 'my Jackie' and I would highly recommend her to any family

I was so lucky that Jackie became available to help me out 5 days after the complicated forceps delivery of my daughter. Her calm, easygoing manner and experience gave me the confidence to handover my daughter to her care for few hours a day which in turn enabled me to have a break and hasten the recovery to enjoy the first few months of her life. She also gave tips to establish a good routine and make our lives easier with the early rumbles of having a newborn. I think she was great to have around and would highly recommend her to anyone.
