Three Children and Youngest with Down syndrome

Emily did great looking after my three boys at short notice came and did a pre visit prior to her looking after my children. My youngest child has special needs and is tube fed and she managed his needs very well and listen to everything that was explained to her about his eating plan and care. My boys had a lovely time with Emily even went to a park and would definitely recommend her and I’ll definitely be having her again :-D

No show

Emily agreed to come in for a trial today, I've been messaging her on WhatsApp to confirm she's still ok to come and instead of simply saying a yes or a no, she seems to have blocked me. Very bizarre behaviour.

Newborn and 4 year old

Our son has enjoyed everyday she takes him to school or picks up! Emily has made sure I felt supported during maternity leave and I would recommend her to anyone who’s juggling kids and getting back to work or in work! I would’ve been exhausted dropping off/ picking up everyday after night feeds.

Not reliable

We were having a chat yesterday (Sunday) to arrange child care for today, and she suddenly stop replying at 6pm, after asking questions about the location, price per hour, requirements etc...
Not a serious person, a "no thank you" early on would have saved us time and given us the opportunity to contact someone else.
