We have just finished up with Michelle, she looked after our little one since he was 12 months and is now 19months. Our little one has done nothing but grow in confidence since being with Michelle. It is with great sadness we part ways, as we moved out from London. Michelle was our first child carer outside of family and so we were worried at first but our son adapted himself to Michelle’s setting very quickly and was super happy to go to Michelle’s every morning! I love the fact that every day they are busy doing an activity (playgroup, park, rhyme time etc)! Michelle is an amazing childminder we could see from the beginning she was extremely experienced and it did not take long for her to know our son very well. I am also very fond of the daily update with all useful information!
We will miss Michelle (especially our son) and hope we will find a childcare as good as Michelle’s setting.

Michelle is an outstanding childminder, my daughter has been with her from the age of 6 months old and is now 3. Michelle's home is and always has been warm and welcoming, meaning my daughter was so excited to go there for every session and never struggled to seperate from me because Michelle eased her in so well.
I receive updates from Michelle on all the fantastic activities she does with my daughter and all the places she takes her. My daughter sees it as a home from home, and her children demonstrate her excellence as they too are such nurturing and caring kids.
I would recommend Michelle at any time, she puts a lot of effort into each day with the children she cares for, and nothing is ever too much to ask from her. She really demonstrated all the qualities you would look for in a safe, trustworthy, caring and happy childminder.
Thank you for all of the years of care, making it easier for me to go to work and not feel guilty!

As a first time mum going back to work full time, I was incredibly anxious about sending my 10 month old son to a childminder for the first time. Michelle was immediately so reassuring and really made me feel comfortable about the whole experience. She formed such a lovely bond with my son and really helped him settle in to the new environment, I felt really safe having her look after him. Finn always enjoyed his time with Michelle, which definitely helped boost his confidence with people outside the family. I truly can’t recommend her enough

Michelle has had my son for 2 years from when he was 6 months old. I was very anxious using a childminder as a first time mum but Michelle helped me ease my nerves by updating me and reassuring me. She’s not only a great childminder but I now consider a friend I can always ask advice from for my son. She is very flexible and always happy to help where she can!

Michelle looked after our little Lea from when she was 3 months to 9 months and she has been incredible. Very patient and caring she helped Lea’s development from early stages. With Michelle days are never boring she always plans so many activities indoor and outdoor. Michelle communication and organizational skills are great, it always very easy to talk to and she very helpful. Flexibility one of her strongest points, she helped us so much swapping days and extending her hours when we needed help. We couldn’t have asked for more. She will be deeply missed.

Michelle has been caring for my son since he was 6 months old.
We are very happy with the care given by michelle.
Michelle is always taking the children to different activities and new adventures.
My son is always happy to see michelle
She is always welcoming in the morning with a big smile.
My son social and development skills since being with michelle have progressed amazingly.
English is not our first language but thanks to Michelle our son understands and knows English more.
He now can understand few words!
Michelle is very informative and has great communication regarding our son day .
And send me pictures which was very helpuful.
Overall we very happy with
Michelle And her family they are all wonderful.
We are sad to leave michelle to go back to Japan.
If we ever come back to Japan, I will be back at her place.
We highly recommend michelle as childminder

We cannot thank Michelle enough for taking great care of our two years old son. She was immediately available when we needed it. She is kind, caring and looks after every child like her own. Our son settled very well from day one. Michelle takes him to the park, soft play or to the different activities every day. Our son always gets excited when we enter her house. I do highly recommend Michele to any parents who are looking for childcare.

He grow so much with me and I enjoyed every minute of caring for him.

Look forward to seeing him again in the school holidays.
Asked for a short term contract with Michelle, with my 7 weeks old daughter, overall a good experience, very good at communicating and answering any questions I might have and I’m very happy with the care given.

Looking forward develop and grow in my care..
Can't recommend Michelle enough after she was looking after my 14mo son for a few months.
She has been very attentive to his needs and ours as a family, kind, entertaining, reliable and adaptable.
This was my son's first childcare experience and he had fantastic time with Michelle. He had plenty of entertainment and stimulation. I was particularly impressed by how fulfilled the days at hers are and how much she takes kids out to different activities - playgroups, softplays, drop ins, parks, farms etc.
Communication with Michelle has also been excellent with her sharing updates and photos to parents throughout the day. She was always very understanding and adaptable if we needed some changes to pick ups/drop offs/ additional days/ changes to routines etc.
Sad to be leaving Michelle but cest la vie!

I was so anxious being a first time mum leaving my son with someone else but a Michelle amazing and so supportive. My son started with Michelle when he was just 11 months. It took no time to at all before he was settled in and was more than comfortable in her care. We simply chose Michelle because she gave us a very warm and friendly persona. She was the first child minder I spotted and couldn’t of been happier with my son in her care.
Michelle always kept him entertained. She’d book and plan their days out which was perfect for my son because he’d hate being stuck in doors. Not only were their days out fun, they were also educational. My sons development throughout the time in her care certainly progressed and Michelle definitely played a part. I loved receiving pictures throughout the day which really put my mind at ease, to see he was thoroughly enjoying himself.
It was hard of course for anyone when Covid came but Michelle was so supportive and certainly made the safe.
It was sad for both of us when my son left and went to nursery. He was so close to Michelle and her family, absolutely loved her kids.
Overall Michelle is outstanding and I would definitely recommend her.
