Julia is great! As first time parents we were a bit worried about how our son would adapt to being away from us several days a week at only 10 months old. but communication has always been great from the beginning and after a short settling in period, he loved going to Julia’s. We love as well how she fosters learning and socialising by taking the kids to several different groups during the week. Sadly we will be moving out of the country soon. Wish we could take Julia with us. Huge recommendation!

Our two children (4yo & 2yo) have been with Julia for a year now and they absolutely love her and her setting! Julia has been great with helping them learn, explore the outdoors and socialise at groups. They are always excited to go each week and I know they are well loved and looked after in her care. She always updates us and sends photos throughout the day and gives us a run down at pick up about how they’ve eaten, slept and activities etc. Our youngest recently potty trained and Julia was great at working with us, and supporting us through it making sure our daughter had the same routine as at home to make it as easy as possible. I would highly recommend Julia as a childminder!

Julia has had our little one since 9months old he took a while to settle in but Julia kept us updated with messages and pictures and has always been great at keeping us informed. Lots of pictures and updates throughout the day really helps reassure us while at work. The whole family have been welcoming including Julia’s older children, it’s been lovely seeing them get to know J and have lovely moments such as dancing in the living room with him. Our little one has loved the home from home environment especially exploring the garden in the summer months. Julia ensures the children have access to a variety of activities at home such as making beautiful Christmas cards we can have made into lovely gifts and taking them to the local group weekly.

My son has been going to Julia since he was just over a year old. The settling in was difficult as a first time mom but Julia made me feel at ease and handled it with great care. My son settled in no time! Fast forward 2.5 years and he AND his little sister go to Julia. It is definitely the highlight of their week to see her and play with their friends they made at her setting. Julia is great with communication, she is very organised, she always sends updates regarding the kids, she is fun and go out of her way for the kids. She always have some activities planned for them, take them to the park or a childminding group which they love. My kids see her as family and we would highly recommend her services.

My little boy has been with Julia since June 2020. Julia instantly made us all feel very welcome and put our minds at ease. She went through all detail with us, showed us her port folio, explained to us her structure of day to day activities and learning, Set up with a timeline of how long the children will spend learning and playing each day. She accomodated our needs and flexibilty with hours and days. She answered any questions or worries we had. George started by doing some settling in days, starting with a few hours on his first day. She kept us informed through a Whatsapp group chat we have with her and she has continued to do this over the last 2 and half years. She sends daily updates along with photos from activities and groups she attends with the kids, including what they have learnt about that day. Over the time that George has been with Julia he has gone from attending 2 days to 4 full days. He really enjoys going to Julia's and always talks about the fun he has had and the activities he has done throughout the week.
Julia attends 3 different groups over the course of a week. These include various different activities, which follow the cirriculum, including learning about all different cultures, religions, celebrating different holidays, such as Divali, Bonfire night, Christmas and Easter.
George's development over the last 2 and half years has improved extremely well. He had a slight delay in speech and Julia supported this and helped along the way. George has taken part in literacy tasks, such as reading and writing, completing tasks using different eqipment such as pens, pencils, paint and recently using scissors. He regularly takes part in activities that help to improve fine motor skills, sensory tasks and health and safety, including learning how to brush their teeth correctly.
George has thrived so well at Julia's that we made the decision to keep him there full time instead of moving him over to a Nursery.
She supported us in potty training George, keeping us up to date as to how he was doing with it every day, which made us feel supported and comfortable, knowing she was helping in this next stage of development with George put our minds at ease.
Julia is a lovely lady, she is so welcoming and very accomdating, she feels like part of our extended family. I have recommended her to my friends that have children and always say how good she has been from day one.

We are over the moon with the childcare provided by Julia, our daughter has been with her since she was 7 months old and from day 1 Julia has been fantastic!
We get regular updates, pictures and information via a WhatsApp chat, which is very reassuring and aids prompt communication. My daughter loves going out and about with Julia, they go to a childminder group with a range of developmental activities provided to the children and a children's play group, both attended each week. They have also been on adventures to places such as Kidz Kingdom and Paradise wildlife park! Seeing the pictures of the fun they have is a real pleasure!
My little girl is always so happy to see Julia, excited when we arrive for drop off, and often reluctant to leave when I come to collect her, sometimes running back inside to play. It's a second home for her and she has come on amazingly with Julia, her confidence always amazes me. Her social skills from being with the other children are brilliant and Julia always updates me regarding developmental milestones, most recently when my little girl was counting using her fingers. Julia will discuss next steps with me and give advice regarding developmental activities we could do at home, as well as things my daughter takes an interest in. We love seeing all the new things our daughter has learnt from her time with Julia, as we get to see it once she gets home.
Julia is an outstanding childcare provider and offers so much to the children in her care! My daughter has made countless memories with Julia and we are forever grateful and soo excited for all the memories to come. She listens to what is important to us as a family and works hard to provide fun and creative learning opportunities everyday!
We are very lucky to have Julia caring for our little one and take every opportunity to tell anyone who will listen how great our childminder is!

My son went to Julia and i cant recommend enough. She is amazing!!! I like that they not staying at home only, but visiting a lot of activities, groups, zoo and etc. Also, very important thing for me, my son can have a nap!
They are doing a lot of crafts, playing outside with water and sand and building something! He loved being with Julia.
Julia is a professional, with all the completed training and certificates.

Julia is looking after my daughter for nearly two years now. She is very responsible, organised, full of activities and fun.
It’s hard leaving your child with someone else, but Julia made it easier with regular updates and pictures, so I know what my child is doing and that she is ok. And with Julia’s experience and qualifications I know my daughter is in safe hands.
Julia is very organised, her house is always clean, and her family is very friendly. My daughter speaks about them as they ware her family too. ☺️

I have used Julia for 9 years for both of my children. She is trustworthy, flexible and both of my children loved going to her. Her house and garden is clean and most importantly fun. She provides the children with lots of toys, colouring and activities to do. Last month my daughter came home with a canvas for her room she had made at Julia's! The children are now at school but prior to that she always took them to playgroups and playgrounds. She dropped off and collected from preschools and then primary school. I cannot recommend Julia enough and would not use anyone else!

Julia has been looking after my daughter for 8 years now and she has become one of the family. She absolutely loves Julia and her family and it feels like her 2nd home. Julia has been amazing over the last 8 years and my daughter trusts her so much that she is able to talk to her about anything and everything which I find very comforting. During her time at Julia's she has been on days out to farms, forests and numerous other places and always has a fantastic time. Julia has also managed to get my daughter to eat things that she would refuse to eat at home :). I would highly recommend Julia to anyone looking for a real home from home experience for their child.
