A second home to our daughter

Gill looked after our daughter from when she was 8/9months up until she started school. During this time, our daughter truly blossomed under Gill's care. She formed a wonderful bond with Gill and her family, one we hope to treasure for years to come. During those 3+years, we all navigated a lot of uncertainty during the pandemic. But Gill tried to offer consistency as best as was possible, as I was a keyworker and required ongoing childcare.

Wonderful caring person

My little one has been looked after by Gill for the past 3 years (since she was 1 year old) and absolutely loves the environment and the love and attention shown to her. My daughter has formed a special bond with her. Gill is very friendly and bubbly and offers a multitude of exciting activities for the children. Thoroughly recommend to any parents who might be frightened by the prospect of having to return to work.

Wonderfully caring

When it came to returning to work I struggled to come to terms with leaving my child with, what was ineffect, a perfect stranger. However after interviewing lots of childminders, I knew Gillian was the right person to look after my daughter the moment I met her. She is extremley caring and spends alot of time developing and nurturing my daughter. Every time I go to work I know with confidence that I am leaving her in the capable and loving hands of Gill. When my daughter has a bad day, Gill always provides lots of cuddles, which as a mum is important to me, when I am not able to. I can't recommend her enough for those of you who worry about leaving their child with someone else to care for them, because Gill provides lots of love and attention, and I know, most importantly, that my daughter is one very happy little girl when she goes to Gill's for the day. Gill and her family are like a second family to my daughter. And that makes me a very happy mum.
