About Us
We are a friendly, mainstream infant school based in Eastcote, within the London Borough of Hillingdon. Inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do. Our school community includes a fabulous nursery, infant classes and a talented team of staff. We are privileged to have a Special Resource Provision for children with physical disabilities and our learning environment is well maintained, fully inclusive, safe, and vibrant. Our school motto, “We do our best to be our best!” inspires our children to dream, believe, grow, and achieve. Our children are active, enthusiastic learners who experience a broad and enriched curriculum of stimulating, memorable and fun lessons. We aim to nurture and encourage curiosity, resilience, independence, tolerance, and respect in our children, working in partnership with families to set high expectations and ensure children have the best possible experience during their time at our school. We believe that all children can achieve well and we highly value working together in partnership with parents and carers from the Coteford family to set and achieve high expectations for our children. We are proud of our school, our children and our community.
Our Childcare Provision
Breakfast club 7.45am-8.45 daily. Our Breakfast club, run by the school, has a warm, welcoming conducive atmosphere in which the children may enjoy a shared, relaxed, sociable breakfast; consisting of a choice of healthy cereals; toast, tea, fruit juice, water and milk
Coteford nursery offers part-time places where children can attend for 15 hours. Parents will be given an opportunity to express a preference for a morning or afternoon place. We also over 30hour places to families who eligible families.
We are a two-form infant school Reception to Year 2 (children aged 5-7). Our School day is 8.45-3.15
After school club 3.20pm - 5.45pm daily. The after-school club is run by the school. Children are dropped off at the after-school club by a member of staff. During the session a healthy snack is provided. Play workers set up a variety of activities to meet the needs and interests of all the children and they are encouraged to take part in creative activities such as arts and crafts, cooking and drama. Active play is offered every day as well as imaginative play, board games and a quiet area for reading or homework. All the staff are DBS checked and qualified in Paediatric First Aid.
Extra- Curricular activities. We also offer our pupils a wide range of clubs during lunch break and after school: multisports, tennis, football, lego club, cooking club, Bollywood dancing and choir.
