Our 2.5 year old has been with Reena since September and we couldn’t be happier with the setting. From the very first day, she made him feel welcome, safe, and loved.
Reena has an amazing ability to connect with children, and it's clear she genuinely cares for them. She always has something kind to say about your child at the end of the day and it is clear she has enjoyed spending the day with them.
Our son looks forward to spending time at Reenas and happily walks inside every morning - something that never happened when he was in a standard nursery. We believe this is because Reena offers a true home away from home feeling for the children and makes sure they feel seen and heard. At the end of every day T exclaims that he’s had a “Good day at Reenas!”
She takes them to local playgroups and soft plays every week so the children are exposed to plenty of opportunities to grow their skills outside of the home.
We trust Reena and her setting completely and are very happy with the care she gives our son. She is also very accommodating to your personal circumstances and will work with you to try to come to a solution. As said, we couldn’t be happier with this setting.

Our son Noah (2) started with Reena in November 2024, Noah was previously in a private nursery 2 days a week and it was difficult every time we had to drop him off as Noah would cry and want to stay with us. Our circumstances changed and Noah required full time childcare however, the transition to a full time childminder, as a mum made me so anxious, my thoughts were if he is so upset going to nursery two days a week, he is going find it so tough going to a new setting 5 days a week. Noah at the time suffered with separation anxiety and would not leave my side. His first week I was so nervous and Noah did find this change upsetting. He would cry and cling on to me handing him over in the morning but Reena provided me with reassurance and comfort that whole week, Noah received cuddles every morning to comfort and calm him down and that made leaving him that little bit easier. After a week, he was a different child he settled amazingly well and started waking up over the weekend asking if he could go to Reena's. I was shocked at how quick and how well he settled. I am forever grateful to Reena and her family for providing Noah with an amazing, safe and fun setting. The house is immaculate, safe and provides everything the children need.
Reena often takes the children out to soft play, toddlers, the park and many more places. I cant even explain how much Noah loves going there. I genuinely never thought I would see the day Noah would happily skip out the door waving me bye bye and going to a childcare setting.
I have noticed Noah coming home learning new things everyday he has developed so well in such a short space of time. He often comes home talking about Reena's daughter, I love how her children interact with Noah and build a relationship with him. He will wake up in a morning and say "Mummy can I go to Reena's house and see Mia please" This fills me with such joy.
Overall, I can not recommend Reena enough, she is an amazing person inside and out and has a fantastic home, family and passion for her job. Dropping Noah off in a morning at a child care setting used to be something I would wake up and dread as it would upset me so much seeing him cry whilst handing him over, now it is an absolute breeze and a pleasure waking up every morning knowing he is so settled with Reena. I have never had this before so its honestly took a huge weight off me and my husbands shoulders knowing he is happy and content.

We are so grateful to have found Reena for our 18-month-old son (who started going to Reena’s from 9-months old.) From the moment we met her, it was clear that she has a genuine passion for caring for children.
We truly appreciate how dedicated Reena is to providing activities for the children. She regularly takes them to baby groups and soft play sessions, ensuring that they have plenty of opportunities for socialisation and fun. It warms our hearts to receive pictures of our son during the day, capturing his smiles and adventures.
One of the standout features of her home is the lovely garden room, which serves as a safe and engaging space for the children to play and learn. It's clean, bright, and full of toys that our son enjoys.
Her assistant, Jen, is equally wonderful. Together, they create a supportive and nurturing atmosphere where our son feels comfortable exploring and making new friends.
What has impressed us the most is Reena's flexibility and support during the settling-in period. She took the time to understand our son's needs and made sure we all felt at ease, which made the transition smoother for both him and us. We can’t thank her enough for her kindness and for providing a loving environment for our son. We highly recommend her to any parent looking for a caring and professional childminder!

My son has been going to Reena’s for roughly nine months or so. He enjoys seeing Reena and the other children and seems to be visibly excited whenever we arrive outside of her address. Reena often sends me photographs of what they have been getting up to each day, which is a lovely experience and always brightens up our day. She often takes the children to soft play and other local events and activities. She has always been flexible with us, regarding pick up and drop off times. I would recommend her to anyone seeking child care in the area.

Our daughter has been with Reena for just over a year. We originally moved to the North East from Wiltshire and had seen Reena's Profile on this site. After speaking with Reena in the weeks prior to moving my wife and myself had pretty much already made a decision that we would love our daughter to attend Reena's setting. On our arrival we had a meeting with Reena and brought her daughter along, although we had already pretty much made up our mind the meeting cemented this. Reena has a lovely home and in the garden there is an outbuilding which she has made into a nursery and the main part of her setting, this is fully equipped with toys and games for the children. One of the things that we found to be very helpful is our daughters meals were included in the price, from past experience this takes a lot of stress away from our nightly routine. Coming home from work and making packed lunches and always forgetting something. Then the race back to the shop late at night or, early in the morning on the way to drop our daughter off.
I am in the Military so our lives at times can be a bit chaotic at times, with last minute changes to my schedule and going away for long periods at Short notice. In September 2023 I was told I was away for 6 month, Reena made our lives a thousand times easier than it should have been and was very flexible and accommodating with her hours and looking after Rosie. For this we cannot honestly thank her enough!
Our daughter wakes up with a smile every morning and gets her shoes on and waits by the door ready to start her day at the setting. She is busy all week and Reena takes the children to visit lots of places. They go to playgroups on a weekly basis as well as trips out. In the time our daughter has been with Reena, she has assisted with lots of our daughters little achievements, from her speech and sentences, to teaching the children to be independent in a safe environment instilling confidence in a safe setting. Reena was also helpful in assisting us with potty training our daughter, her patience made what should be a stressful transition feel like a minuet task to say the least! With Reena's help this took less than a week to achieve fully.
If you would love your child to wake up with a beaming smile every morning and go to a family orientated based setting, then Reena's is defiantly the choice for you, I would recommend her to everyone. Since being with Reena we gained not only an amazing and professional childminder, but now a very good friend. We are now moving again and unfortunately we cannot take Reena with us, but we are sure we will keep in touch!

My 13 month old daughter is looked after by Reena 7 hours a day for 4 days a week. She started going 4 days a week when she was 10 months old, but Reena also accommodated plenty of 'taster' and 'settling in' days in the couple of months leading up to her regular attendance so that by the time she started she was very happy there and familiar with her surroundings. When we're at home, my daughter often cries or whines when I leave her, but when she goes to Reena's she happily waves goodbye and doesn't cry when I arrive to pick her up. That's testament to how well loved she is when she's there, and the happy and nurturing environment Reena has created. I'm the curate at the church nearby, and my husband is also working, so going back to work has been very busy and an adjustment for us both. Reena has been flexible and supportive as we've slowly extended my daughter's hours and adjusted the timings to better fit our working days. Reena has also happily accommodated changing nap times and dietary requirements.
My daughter also seems to really enjoy the trips out to playgroups etc, and I've noticed that she has become very confident and happy around other children over the last few months. We're so glad to have found Reena!

Reena is a fantastic childminder to my two boys. They both settled in quickly and absolutely love it there. All their food is homemade which they love. She takes them on plenty of trips and outings each week. They’re developing so well and get on with all the other children. Her family are amazing and their home is perfectly set up to care for babys and children. She is warm, nurturing and caring.

I found Reena when I first moved in and we needed support on weekends while decorating the new house. The kids loved her so much I moved them over to her as a main childminder. They never settled in nursery but they absolutely loved reena! It was the first time i had seen them excited to go somewhere they weren’t familiar with! She has a genuine gift with kids. When my eldest went to reception school, he still talked about reena and asks to go round at times even now!
She provides all meals and takes them out to wonderful places always taking time to share the memories with you and ironically, her service was so much more cost effective than private nursery and she is so flexible and thoughtful it’s just unbelievable value for money! I always get pictures and lovely little touches to show a personal side you just can’t put a price on! Putting my kids in childcare with reena transformed into a wonderful experience for the whole family all of a sudden after almost a year of pain elsewhere
Thank you for loving my kids and taking care of them reena, couldn’t recommend enough 🥰

Being a first time mum, I was worried about finding the perfect childminder however Reena has been looking after my daughter since she was 9 month old and I could not fault her.
Reena staff are so accommodating, friendly and caring they really take the time to create a bond with all the children and parents too.
My daughter absolutely loves every single day she is with Reena.
Meals being included in her fee is also amazing and it saves so much time in the mornings and evenings and she makes such nice health meals.
They also go on so many lovely days out to toddler groups, parks and the beach as well as other places like museums and libraries.
I’m always updated and sent pictures throughout the day witch really helps my anxieties especially at the start as she was setting In.
She always makes sure to let me know in detail how my daughter has been throughout the day and always helps me when I’m not sure how to handle something or need advice on parenting
She is more than just a childminder and I could not recommend her more !

Reena has been looking after my son for 5months now. I was really up tight about leaving initially, and he took a while to settle in, but Reena made it as easy as possible. Right from the start it was clear he trusted her and would go to her for re-assurance. Now everyday it sounds like he has a fabulous time and is happy and settled.
Since covid she's been doing drop offs at the door. This means you don't get to see how they are when you leave/before you arrive.
Reena has been really quite flexible with timings and helped myself and my husband with trying to juggle our two work rotas.
She keeps you updated with photos through the day and is really quick to respond to questions and queries.
The setting is lovely with a big purpose built garden room for the kids to play in.

Reena has been looking after my son since he was six months old. I was very nervous at first but Reena made it so easy, from the second I met her she put me at ease and I knew I could trust her entirely with my child. My son loves her. She is a godsend and could not even put into words how amazing she is.
Her setup is clean and child friendly. She also takes kids to different clubs and groups that I think is very good exposure for the kids. I get regular updates about my son's activities during the day. Reena is very professional and pays close attention to individual needs of every child. As a mother I feel happy when I see my son is well fed, well rested and happy.
I can't recommend her enough, she is a lovely lady with very positive attitude.

Reena looks after my 2 year old boy who was a premature baby at 23 weeks so you can imagine my nervousness in finding a childminder to take good care of him.
With Reena, I felt an instant connection and warmth about her which made me feel confident that Harrison would be in great hands. It is evident that she really cares about him & gives me full updates each day on how the day has gone.
Another positive is that Reena strikes the balance between letting them have time playing indoors to going out to toddler groups and soft play which I really like. She is professional & goes above and beyond to meet my son’s needs especially with food as he can be fussy at times.
It’s so nice being able to drop my son off & not worry about anything but also knowing that he will have great fun which helps the mum guilt!
In terms of facilities, Reena has an amazing house and a fantastic playroom specially for the children which really impressed me. As well as the fun caring side, Reena considers his development which is so important to me - I love the fact she wants to work together to bring out the best in him.
I can’t recommend Reena enough - your only problem might be getting a space as she seems to be in high demand! :)

Reena and her team have been looking after my son since he was approx 14 months old, he is now over 2 years old and it's been the best decision we ever made. My son took time to settle however she was very kind and supportive during those initial days.
Reena has a very good understanding and flexible approach to her work, She is flexible, professional, loving, warm, and just simply wonderful at what she does. She is a genuinely lovely person who made us feel at ease the second we met her.
There are updates throughout the day, so I always know what activities my son has been doing, there is always something going on no matter the weather. We have great photos from outdoor park, indoor play with colors and all sorts of fun toys. She is also great at keeping me informed, with messages about her service e.g. Holiday or day out reminders, etc.
I’m very happy and thankful we found her and will highly recommend her.

This is the second time round now that Reena is looking after my child.
5 years ago my oldest son went to her and now my youngest son also does and that is because I know I couldn’t find anyone better than her.
Her setting is well equipped and the children do a variety of activities on a daily basis but are also very fortunate to be taken on lots of outings to the park, soft play and even to museums. Whether it be indoors or out Reena ensures that the children have a fun filled day every day.
My son wakes up on a morning and begs to go to Reena’s house and for a mother that just shows how happy the children are with her. They are fed home cooked meals and she caters to any dietary requirements.
Reena is so passionate about what she does and this shows day in day out. She truly cares for each and every child that comes to her and treats them as her own.
I certainly could not imagine my life without her and I know both my sons would say exactly the same!

We are very happy to recommend Reena and her child care setup to all the parents who are looking for a tailored experience to suit their needs. Reena is very thoughtful and pays attention to every detail of the child care. The set up is clean and very child friendly. We were really surprised how quickly our daughter got settled at Reena’s place and within a few weeks she started to really enjoy her company. Reena regularly sends updates about how the child is doing each day at her place and it is such a delight to know that the someone cares about the details. Highly recommended.

Reena has been looking after by 1.5 year old daughter for 6 months now. We were in dire need of child care due to some change in circumstances and being our first experience using childminder services, me and my partner were extremely nervous. But we feel now that approaching Reena was the best decision we took.
Reena is warm, friendly, welcoming and extremely professional. She invited us for having a look at the setting and run some small trial sessions before starting full time. My daughter took no time to get used to Reena's setting. She also has great support staff which my daughter jelled in no time.
She has a nice and cosy setting in her garden which is separate from her home. Its kept clean, disinfected daily. Has great selection of toys and loads of space for kids to have fun. Reena also takes kids for outings in parks, toddlers, soft plays etc which keeps kids fresh, energetic and excited.
Reena provides fresh home cooked meals and often have tea parties which my daughter takes liking. She goes extra mile when my daughter is little fussy in eating ensuring that she has her necessary meal.
Reena shares my daughters daily activities such as eating, sleep, play etc. She quite often sends regular updates via text or snaps which we kind of look forward to know what your child is upto. Reena is very easy to get hold off and responds timely to text or calls. She is very flexible for any accommodations needed if intimated to her reasonably in advance.
My daughter is different child now. She wakes up every morning excited to go to Reena's which I believe is a great sign of re-assurance for any parent that their kids are looked after.
We recommended her to 2 of our family friends who had similar great experience at Reena's with their kids which is a testament for her great service.
I honestly couldn’t recommend Reena enough.
