My child started here when he was 1 and loved it. He learnt and played very happily, we were very comfortable and happy with him being here.
However we contracted covid 19 in January. Our child showed no signs of symptoms and we sent him in as per any normal day, by 10:30 he vomited once which didn’t seem to bother him. but as per guidelines, we picked him up and got him tested which means everyone around him needed to be tested. After this we received a text message saying we could no longer come back as they would close to everyone but teachers, drs and nurses.

My husband called to talk this through 5 days later to see when we could return and we were told they maybe closing and they’d be in touch. We haven’t heard from them since, no updates of any kind. We didn’t even recieve a call or text to ask if our child was ok after recovering from covid which was very upsetting and confusing because he’d been in their care for 6 months.

Still deeply saddened we left in this way and I can’t provide detail of why this happened.

Thank you for your feedback.

During this period we have all had to adhere to government guidelines which change regularly and it has been a very confusing period for us all. Children’s safety & preventing cross contamination is paramount. We do stress to our parents the importance of this and there is an expectation that these guidelines are followed at all times.

As discussed previously, I have sadly had to make unprecedented changes to my business and I thank you for giving 5* for cleanliness as this is so important, especially during a pandemic.

Sadly you feel I lack in communication & have given me 2* It saddens me that you feel this way. However it has recently been brought to my attention that emails have been going into some parents ‘Junk’ files so please do have a look in those. Your child’s transition form etc will be there. Also to remind you that the number you have is for work purposes & used during working hours so if you would like to discuss anything further please do call or email & I will get back to you as soon as able.

I wish you all the very best in finding alternate childcare.
