About Me
My name is Nicki Hobbs, I am currently an OT assistant for a college working with young people with complex needs and learning difficulties. My hours are 9.15-2.15 Tuesday to Friday and term time only. I could be available more during the holidays. My previous job was working in a nursery with children from birth to 4 years. I am available for babysitting on a regular or ad hoc basis. I do have a child (Born 26/3/20) who I may need to bring with me but please message to discuss your needs. I have a minimum of 3 hours of payment for care to ensure it is worth my while.
Full clean Driving Licence.
*Have had both doses of the Pfizer and the booster vaccine.
My Experience
Through completing my BA (Hons) Early Childhood studies degree, I have acquired knowledge and practical experience working with children from 0-5 years in nurseries, pre schools and primary schools. I have babysat for my cousins and have babysat for numerous families over the years. I have worked as a Residential Childcare Worker in the past with children displaying challenging behaviour. I have previously completed all mandatory training such as safeguarding, manual handling, basic life support etc. I have recently updated my paediatric first aid level 2 certificate. I have had a baby in 2020 so can now add I have experience with a newborn child.

CACHE Level 2 Certificate for the Children and Young People’s Workforce
A 2:1 in Ba (Hons) Early Childhood Studies degree.

- Nannying from £12.00 per hour (gross)
