Cover Nanny to high net worth family B7,B7 - Mayfair, London
This role was a temporary live in position for twin boys, one with Autism and OCD, on a week on week off rota basis. I was responsible for getting the boys up, dressed and ready for school - one child is home schooled so I was responsible for liaising with tutors and co-ordinating with the house chef and driving/security team to ensure the smooth running of each day.

Nanny to family G12, B7 Chiswick, London - Duties in this role were predominantly the afternoon school pick up, collecting the children from their individual schools, preparing dinner, helping with homework. I would also assist the family with light housework (mainly ironing and changing the beds etc) and errands such as taking items to the dry cleaners. I would often babysit in the evenings and cover a full day in the holidays.

Private Nanny to high profile clients G7-14, G2-7 - Highgate, London
Duties in this position included school run both morning and afternoon, preparing and serving breakfast and dinner, assisting with homework, arranging play dates, after school clubs, school trips, birthday parties, accompanying to doctors/hospital appointments etc. Bedtime routine - bathing, getting dressed, reading stories and putting to bed. On occasion was required to stay at the house and work as a live in nanny but mostly this was a live out position. Drove family car in this position and was happy to help with any other errands they required.

Chewton Glen 5* hotel -
I have worked as a children's activity co-ordinator in the Children's club in this prestigious hotel in all school holidays/half terms since it opened in 2008. The club is open to ages two an a half and above. I am responsible for ensuring all children are happy and safe at all times and that there are relevant activities on offer to keep children amused and motivated. I listen closely to parents requests to ensure children are following rules set at home etc for example not too long on the wii if that is parents preference. I must be aware of allergies, medical conditions and special requests and be fully educated in these to ensure safety, which is why all staff have compulsory Paediatric first aid training. This position has enabled me to fully understand the needs of all age groups and personalities. It has strengthened my communication skills hugely as it is essential that children understand instructions clearly and know they are in a safe environment so it is important to find ways to communicate to each child.

Babysitting - In addition to the children's club, I also babysit on a personal level for guests. Usually in the evenings allowing parents to dine in the restaurant knowing their children are in capable hands which is extremely important. I have experience babysitting from 8weeks - 15years. The needs for each child are very different. Some evenings I will be expected to feed, bathe and settle children. Others purely entertain and be there as a point of contact. This varies greatly with the age of the child and I am comfortable and flexible to adapt to whatever is required.

David Lloyd Health and leisure - Children's party Host at the well renown David Lloyd Health club. The parties range from 1st birthdays up to teenage gatherings. Activities range from creating t-shirt/jewellery making to bowling/sports to disco dance parties. Staff and expected to be skilled and diverse enough to adapt to all ages and any party. I also work in the crèche open for ages 18months and above. Using play equipment/activities to educate and fuel child's imagination/creativity.
