About Me
Hi my name is Rachael, I am Ofsted registered, NNEB qualified with 25+ years experience in childcare and a good grading. I am a fun, kind, caring person who enjoys spending time with children doing many different activities. I enjoy being outdoors whatever the weather in wellies and waterproof's if needed! Indoors we have great fun being creative painting, sticking and exploring messy activities such as gloop, noodles, sand and water. I also enjoy attending age appropriate groups as I feel it is important for children to socialize. I have an assistant who has worked with me for the last 6yrs, she is level 3 qualified and has over 10yrs experience in childcare.
I live with my 2 children aged 19 years and 10 years, both boys, a dog, cat and rabbit!
I enjoy spending time with my family on days out or just having fun at home.
My Experience
I have worked with children for over 25 years in various positions including nannying, senior nursery nurse in a baby room and toddler room, a support worker in a family assessment unit, a nanny for a holiday company and as a family support worker in a children's centre giving advice and support to families on things such as weaning, sleep and behaviour but to name a few.

NNEB qualified and DBS checked..

I hold a clean full UK driving license and have access to a car.

Our son was with Rachael for 15 months and I can't say enough good things about her and the care she provided. He always had a fantastic time and took part in a range of different activities. He grew so much in those 15 months in terms of confidence, communication and social skills with other children and this was largely due to the environment and attention he received from his time in Rachael's care. Highly recommended.
