My Summary

My Experience

I have seven years of previous experience caring for children of various ages, for one-off babysitting and childcare, and for regular babysitting and childcare. However, I have not done any childminding or babysitting since 2016.

April 2019 - Present
Ad-hock voluntary work for Sebastian's Action Trust. Helping the children with a variety of activities.
Sebastian's Action Trust supports families with seriously ill children.

January 2014 - 2016
Childcare of two boys; 2 and a half and 3 and a half I take them to their nursery class, drive them home, preparing and feeding meals, occasionally getting the children ready in the morning and in the evening, including bathing, taking the children out for activities such as the park, odds farm etc.

January 2013 - August 2013
Irregular childcare of two boys; 3 and 7. I cared for the boys in their home, playing and occasional feeding.

May 2011 – February 2012 Part Time Childcare
Irregular childcare of two 3 year olds, one with disabilities. During the summer months I looked after the twins around 3 days a week, and less regularly during term time. My duties included; getting the children ready in the morning, bathing the children, preparing and feeding breakfast, lunch, dinner, taking the children to parties, nursery, etc, educational activities as well as games and trips to the park.

August 2011 Temporary Full Time iFashion Design Assistant
iFashion design is a summer school for children to learn how to make clothes and accessories. I took groups of 8-10 children and lead activities. The ages ranged from 8-14.

August 2010 – April 2011 Part Time Childcare
Regular afternoon care of a 2 year old. I would collect her from her daily childcare and look after her until her parents returned from work. During this time I would feed the child as well as doing activities together. Sometimes I would put her to bed.

2007-2010 Take a Break Volunteer Befriender
This is charity that works provides befrienders for children with disabilities. I would visit my link every other week.

August 2010 Temporary Full Time Childcare
Holiday childcare for two children of 12 and 10. I prepared lunch and dinner, carried out planned activities with the children, as well as helping the 10 year old to study for his 11+ exam.

August 2009 Temporary Full Time Childcare
I child-minded an 11 year-old full time for 3 weeks. I prepared lunch and dinner, as well as taking the child for bikes rides and teaching craft activities.

In addition to these jobs, I have done one-off, day childcare as well as regular and one-off evening babysitting for children starting from 3 months.


I thoroughly enjoy playing with the children and helping to develop their learning through play. I have current a CRB check from voluntary work.
