About Me
I am looking for occasional work.
I am a 33 year old fully qualified British Nanny with 15 years of paid experience. I have nannied for wonderful families of children ranging from newborns to 15 years.
I like to fill our days with fun activities such as crafts, baking, water play and also fun day trips to various playgroups, playgrounds and play dates.
I believe preparing children for school is crucial and fun ways to get children interested in learning and usually introduce basic mathematics and reading from around the age of four. Every child develops at a different rate so this is tailored to the child of course.
During lockdown I homeschooled the eldest child and by the end of it he could read and write in English.
I am an optimist, fun, happy, compassionate, empathetic, energetic, loving person and have a great outlook on life.

My Experience
I have over 15 years of paid experience as a Nanny, working alongside 7 families, currently totalling 18 children. Each position was tailored to reflect the needs of both the children and family. I find fun ways to create new learning opportunities and introduce them to concepts relating to basic math and literacy as soon as I observe their readiness.
My previous positions were as follows:
2023 - present - working remotely for a Swiss nanny agency remotely
Switzerland 2021-2023 - 3 full days per week. 3 children aged 3 months, 3 years & 4 years
Switzerland 2019-2023- 2 days per week. 2 children aged 10 months & 4 years
Switzerland 2016-2019 - Full time nanny for two children aged 3 months & 2 years
UK 2014-2016 - Full time nanny for two children aged 15 months & 3 years who had lost their mother to cancer.
UK 2011-2016 - ADHOC weekend nanny to four children - Newborn, 2 years, 4 years & 6 years
UK 2011-2014- Part time nanny to two children aged 2 years a& 4 years
UK 2009-2015 - Evening nanny to two children ages 18 months & 4 years
My Qualifications
NVQ level 3 in Childcare,
First Aid for children and adults,
Safeguarding for children and adultts,
Certificate in level 1 british Sign language
Several GCSEs acquired at Silverdale Secondary School
A Levels in Health and Social Care (dual award) and English Language from King Edward V11 Sixth Form

I now have a full time nanny position so am not looking for anything at this moment in time. Sorry for any inconvenience
