About Me
As a mum who has been in the employed work-place I understand the pressures and the importance of good, reliable childcare.
My location is in a quite cul de sac with easy drop-off and collection if coming by car. Very accessible to the A40/M40 and M4, Stockley Park and about 5 minutes walking distance to Hillingdon Hospital. Closest Bus Routes are the U2, U4, U7, A10, 724
I have a large living room/play area that has direct access to a lawn garden with a climbing frame. There is plenty of space for outside toys incl sandpit, trikes, a digger, scooters and a ‘Little Tikes’ car as well as a paddling pool during the summer.
I also organise regular outings to local parks, the library, Local Children's Centre, as well as picnic’s to places such as Windsor, Black Park and Ruislip Lido. Additionally I will also take the children on trips to Soft Play areas, Beckonscot Model Village, Windsor Swimming Pool, local petting farms. For older children during school holidays we've gone on outings to Gulliver’s Land and Eco Park, Cadbury World, Warwick Castle, Milton Keynes Snow Dome and Chessington Theme Park amongst many other trips.
I endeavour to create a caring, warm and friendly atmosphere for not only the children in my care but also through constant communication with you, the parent. My focus is on learning through lots of play!
My Experience
As an OFSTED registered childminder, during my OFSTED inspection, which took place in September 2011 I achieved an overall rating of Good (which means in OFSTED speak ‘this aspect of the provision is strong’).
For the specific area covering ‘Helping children achieve well and enjoy what they do’ I gained an Outstanding (which means in OFSTED speak ‘this aspect of the provision is of exceptionally high quality’).
I am also a member of PACEY (Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years, formerley known as National Childminding Association, NCMA).
I am Paediatric 1st Aid trained, last updated in February 2013 and through my own family experiences have a good knowledge of asthma, eczema and allergies in children.

My Availability
All year excluding my annual holiday
Hours are Monday to Friday - 7.30am to 6.00pm
School pickup from Colham Manor Nursery, Infant & Junior School
During the day I can also collect and/or drop-off to other nurseries or playgroups.
