About Me
I am a calm and creative person, this past year I have been making artwork as part of an art residency alongside teaching classes to both adults and children online in illustration and painting. This February I will begin a part time course in counselling and psychotherapy. I love working with children and take care to ensure that I encourage them to try new things, cultivate their talents and interests and be themselves. I am a qualified chef and enjoy cooking healthy food. I like to cook sometimes with the children I am caring for so they can learn about what they eat and take pride in the making of their own food. The most important thing is that the children I care for are safe and happy in my care.
My Experience
I have worked with a number of families as a nanny and art teacher over the past 10 years. This has involved me in working with children from 4 - 14. I have a good understanding of children, this importance of consistency and boundaries, healthy diet and exercise.
