About Me
I am married to chris as well as being mum to four children, josh ,izzy,, Zoe and Ernie.
we have various pets including percy our frenchie
I offer a home from home setting whilst following the 7 areas of the EYFS guidance to help your child's development and learning.
We have various outings to places such as hogshaw farm,play parks,soft play centres,museums,toddler groups ,music groups,whipsnade and have visits from outside sources such as a reptile man with meerkats and skunks to name a few.
we also regularly meet up with other childminders and have lots of social I interaction.
My Experience
I have four children so have lots of hands on experience.
I completed the ICP course to become a childminder and have my paediatric first aid course every 3 years.
I have been Child minding since September 2010.in this time I have looked after several children . I have always had children around from nieces and nephews to friends children.
My husband is registered as my assistant and is fully dbs checked and has a paediatric first aid certificate.
majority of the children I have cared for I have looked after on a long time basis of 5 plus years.
I have been a childminder for nearly 15 years and still enjoy it as much now as I did when I started.
I currently have a full time and 1 part time space available
My Qualifications
I have a Designated Person Safeguarding Children course as well as courses in EYFS,Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene,speach, language, every talker and promoting positive behaviour to name a few courses. Ialso have an diploma in homebased childcare.
I can now offer the 9 month ,2.3 and 4 year old funding and can offer either the full 15 or 30 hours which can also be shared with other settings as,well.
My Availability
I am able to collect from prestwood infant and junior school as well as moat lane pre school.
I have a full time space available from September Mon to thursday
