Michelle has been a God-send. Last August, I moved from Saudi Arabia to the UK with my two children as a full time student. My husband and I (who had to stay in Saudi Arabia) were dreading the daunting task of having to look for a childcare for our son Yusuf who was 30 months old at that time. We knew it wasn't easy as we came from a very different cultural background and Yusuf has never been exposed to English language. We had no idea as to where to start the search for the place and people that we would trust to provide a happy and safe care for Yusuf once I started my classes.

At first, we tried a local nursery, which was well recommended and had a good reputation. Unfortunately, our Yusuf spent his mornings in tears with no effort at all from the staff. Although he was always a happy toddler and loved to sing and play, three weeks passed and Yusuf was sad and anxious as never before. That's when I felt horribly guilty and knew that it's not going to work. So, I started to search again.

I found Michelle online and was very impressed with her qualifications. Moreover, I found out that her place was close to Jubilee Campus, which was great for me being a student there. She was very friendly all from the start, and by visiting her place I felt even more confident that I'm making the right decision. However, with Yusuf's first bad experience at the nursery, I wasn't sure about his reaction to staying away from home. To my surprise, he happily settled down from the first day! I was really curious and still am about how she managed to do that. Every time I would drop Yusuf off at Michelle's, I would leave feeling very impressed, satisfied and assured that Yusuf would be safe, well cared for and happy and it made a potentially difficult time pass by with no problems. Michelle has kept a diary for Yusuf, which was full of playtime, happy singing, walks to toddlers groups and lots and lots of fun not only indoor, but also outdoors. Reading Yusuf's diary and looking at his craft work has been the golden time of my busy day ever since.

Yusuf is back in Saudi Arabia now, but still remembers Michelle and the friends he made. He looks at the pictures that she gave him as memory and smiles, telling his dad about all the fun he experienced while he was with Michelle in Nottingham. I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks a million.
